![]() Author has written 13 stories for Warriors, Avatar: Last Airbender, Tsubasa Chronicle, 39 Clues, Crimson-Shell/クリムゾン・シェル, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Pandora Hearts. Icon is "Crimson Lotus Flower" by Akmona I'm xxXAsterRoseXxx, I've been mixing up the genres that I'm writing for - usually I was a big romance writer and humor writer but lately I've been going down the path of the bloody angst. So yeah. I might depress you if I ever get around to posting any of it - which I have. My normal easy going K+ has skyrocketed to high T's. For blood and over use of angst. Beware. It gets slightly nasty on some of them. I write for: Avatar the Last Airbender, Warriors, 39 Clues, Full Metal Alchemist, Pandora Hearts, Tsubasa, and Crimson Shell I read in: Avatar the Last Airbender, Pandora Hearts, Fulll Metal Alchemist, and occasionally dabble in a few other fandoms. Though I go through them so fast, it's not really worth it to put them up here. Why I love my Fandoms Avatar the Last Airbender: The first thing I ever saw that remotely resembled Anime. And I feel in love with it. Granted it's slightly easy going and preschooler-ish when you start out in Water, but by the end of the series you're utterly in love with at least one character. And enjoy how each of the characters have matured and surprised you in various ways. The quick humor and the plot line where well done - minus a couple of unneeded filler episodes the three series where great. The characters - again - where enjoyable. One thing I loved that they did with this series is that they didn't just focus on Aang as the main character - whether this was for the fangirls' sake or because it was just darn awesome - they followed Zuko's path too. So by the time he became 'good' you already cared about him and knew him as well as you did Aang. Overall it was a great series - the movie sucked beyond all good reason - but the series was good. Something that all ages can appreciate - no crude humor, swearing, and inappropriate content to mess with the innocents' eyes - but enough fight scenes, mentally instability, and a drop of angst to keep it all interesting. I love the fandom and I'll eagerly await their mini series coming up this November. Overall - it is and always will be one of my favorite series Tsubasa: This was the first manga I had read, and the first big one that I finished. So it will always have a special place in my heart. Being the newbie I was at the time, I didn't really notice much about the plot line or the characters the first read, just mostly how much I was enjoying it. On a second re-read I will admit the plot was a little weak and the ending left much to be desired. Fai and Kurgone where amazing, though Sakara and Syoran where very two-demoniacal. And eventually faded into the background. Also - I had not read any of CLAMP's other works before starting this, besides Angelic Layer and so almost all the references where lost on me. But - I really did enjoy the series. The beginning tricked you into thinking this would be a friendly little adventure, with Fai and Kurogane arguing with Mokona in between. And then slowly dragged you into the pits of darkness. Starting first with Fai, pulling the happy face until book thirteen until he started to show his true and deep colors. Making me fall in love with him even more. When they started dabbling into the pasts, I had tears for poor Kuro, and aching for Fai. The plot was interesting enough so you wanted to keep reading, the art style was beautiful and the relationships where wonderful, and by that this was the first series that I started shipping Yaoi pairings. So while it wasn't the most amazing series, I still loved it. And it will always have a special place in my heart. A few things about me: Favorite books/series - Hope Was Here, Warriors, Artemis Fowl, Tsubasa, Left Behind: The Kids, 39 Clues, a few other non-published novels.
