Me, Myself & I:

I am Asian-American and can speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and French. I can understand Hokkin and Cantonese but can't say that I'm fluent for those dialects haha. I've always loved writing, but never had the guts to post them. Crossing my fingers and hoping fanfiction can take me that next step! (and in the meantime I love reading all these stories on here!).

My dream? Doing what I love of course. I'm currently studying psychology (second year) but before life get too serious and I pile up responsibilities of an adult (boring) I'm trying to enjoy and live life to the fullest. Cliche, but that's all I have planned right now. I want to study hard then travel around the world :)

I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, but I can only handle others for so long! Hahah I need occasional retreats from society into the sanctuary of my bedroom where all I do is curl up with my laptop and write :)

Damn. If I could get paid to do that wouldn't life be something?

Childhood Favorite Animes:

Digimon has been my favorite since I was a kid. Always have and always will, BUT just the first two seasons. I don't like what it's become now... kind of sad when I think about what a great anime it used to be :/ (and I'm upset T.K. didn't end up with Hikari!!)

D. Gray-Man is definitely up there. Incredible anime. I think this is the anime that really dropped me into the anime/manga world. I'm just so upset that it ended because it caught up too fast with the manga:( hopefully it'll return soon!

Bleach is also amazing. My brother and I had a whole marathon where we watched the entire thing from episode one and I loved the laughs it gave us :) I'm incredibly upset that the anime ended, but I'll be looking forward to it when it comes back!

Naruto has also been a great one. I don't think I've ever cried more than I have watching Naruto hahaha. Great laughs but also has a strong emotional level. Awesome.

Inuyasha was probably the best anime I've watched that had all my favorite elements combined.

And of course, Pokemon! My childhood wouldn't have been completed without this! Oh, the good old days...

There's so much more animes I've watched, but for now my troubled memory can only give me these. That goes for the manga too! There's no way I could list all the ones I've loved watching/reading in my life.

Current Favorite:

Magi is my current obsession!! I've never been so interested in the anime AND manga for anything before, so I really hope they create a season 3 soon! (I know they will, but the problem is how soon haha). I highly, highly recommend it because girl or guy you will LOVE it

Hirunaka no Ryuusei (Daytime Shooting Star) is so far my favorite manga. I think I've reread it about 4 times now and that is saying A LOT for me. Please give this a try if you like shoujo because it will NOT disappoint you! p.s. I wrote the description box for it on mangafox hehe (even though it was tweaked by the editors)
