I LOVE to hear from readers--so please don't feel that a simple "great story!" comment isn't appreciated! And of course, if you have more to say, I heartily enjoy that, too! I'm open to constructive criticism too, so please feel welcome to offer suggestions. (I don't promise that I'll always agree with those suggestions, but I do enjoy reading them as long as they are offered in a friendly, helpful tone--and sometimes I even take them to heart and make changes.)

I'm fairly new to fan fiction and writing in general. Discovered fanfic late in 2006, and in the summer of 2007 decided to try writing a story of my own just for giggles. That was it--I was hooked.

I'm a 5th generation Texan (unless you count my Apache great-grandparents and my ancestors before them--then I guess I'm more like a 20th generation Texan!). I grew up in the Panhandle in a cattle and cotton raising family. I now live in the subtropical central part of the state with my husband and 3 children. Most of my heart is here in sweet Texas--but the rest of it will always be in the cool pines of Nevada with the Cartwrights!
