So when her younger brother and his close group of friends tell her an evil entity in the form of a clown is the one responsible for all the deaths and missing kids, she believes them. She finds out for herself though just how real this clown is and what IT wants from her.

After the battle with IT the members of the Losers' Club slowly break apart, with each of them moving on from the summer events. Except for Gwen Tozier. Not being able to cope with the after effects IT has caused her, she is sent away to stay with her family in Hawkins, Indiana.
