Jack is certain that she exists; he's seen her, and he has a strong faith that they will meet. Others tell them to move on, but they choose to listen to their hearts.

Let's end this story the right way. Or at least, how I'd end it. You can probably guess how it begins...but keep going.

Neither one feels that they have the time to give to a relationship. But then again, they haven't met yet.

I can't get this show out of my head! So here it goes... Modern Day Story: It's hard to leave and it's hard to be left behind. Jack and Elizabeth prepare for a long deployment, holding tightly to faith, hope, and love to pull them through.

Jack and Elizabeth have a love affair of astronomical proportions

Set in Hope Valley, 1895-Widow Elizabeth lives as a caretaker at Hope Home for Children where she falls in love with a two year old girl in her care. Jack lives in Aberdeen when he hears his now orphaned niece is living in an orphanage in Hope Valley.

Jack and Elizabeth have never met. However, a weekend away with their respective friends may change all of that. They are each under misconceptions, assuming that the cards are not in their favor. What are the chances that they could be wrong?

Jack is still handsome and brave; Elizabeth is still strong-willed and dedicated, but there's a major difference in their lives when they get to Coal Valley.

Jack & Elizabeth both felt their lives were set until tragedy struck one & emotional heartbreak found the other. Neither has plans to settle into another relationship. They say that time heals all wounds, so, if it is meant to be, it will be. Their plan...move to wherever Elizabeth is accepted for graduate school, with marriage on the horizon. That is until Jack experiences a devastating loss, and withdraws from everyone. Will his choices ruin everything?

This is a modern story of Jack and Elizabeth , 2016, moving through life, and hopefully finding love along the way. I have enjoyed the modern day stories that have been posted, and thought I would try my hand at one as well. I hope you enjoy it!

A modern story... Jack and Elizabeth dated all through college. Unfortunately their respective dreams pulled them apart. Years have passed & they have attempted to move on. Little do they know but they are closer to rekindling those emotions than they are aware. Sadly, I feel that Carson, although maybe a likeable fellow, may get in between Jack and Elizabeth in S4. Time will tell!
