Back in 2006 I was a beginning novice writer. Now with a number of stories under my belt and a couple years I know a little more but would still consider myself pretty much of a novice. I first stated writing after reading and enjoying several Fan Fiction stories.

My first story was All Is Not Well. I also wrote a short continuation piece called All Is Well A Short Xmas Story. Here is a link

I then completed a continuation picking up where I left the 'family' titled All Is Well The Kent Family Saga. It is a real roller coaster ride with powerful aliens attacking the Earth.

You will also find All Is Well – Glimpses of the Kent Family which consists of mostly shorter stand alone chapters.

Also finished is What If…He Never Left… a story that answers what would have happened if he never left! It is the same characters as the AINW/AIW stories but at a different place in their lives with different decisions affecting them. I had intended to only take them to the birth of their child then realized the timing of Jason's birth would be the summer of 2001. My muse made me want to go beyond that date. I only hope I can do that fall justice with the premise that Superman was real and here.

I am a former accountant turned Real Estate Appraiser turned Realtor® now retired. I'm used to writing reports not telling stories. Telling stories is a lot more fun.

My user name is one I have used for a long time. It stems from my real initials VG - er - then my last name Land. It also came about due to Star Trek II. The alien modified Voyager called itself Vger.
