I've been playing StarFox since SNES and have been addicted to it ever since. As you may have seen I just started on a fan fic that I've planning out for some time now. Updates should be fairly often depending on how much time I have. Please read, review and hopefully enjoy my fic. I'm open to suggestions. I also have another fic in mind but am unsure about writing it. Its kinda dark due to graphic content and the ending. It would certainly be rated M. The whole story is far different than most fics and is very deep. Its pretty much one big plot twist, with unexpected ending. If you want me to write it please say so. Another Fic idea that I tough of is Sonic fic about a world war setting, where Eggman takes over most of the world and Sonic and Shadow lead the United Federation remnants against him.

Darkness Returns outline

Darkness Returns takes place a few months after the signing of the Bastion Accords peace treaty. During this time the empire is scattered and licking its wounds. The Republic thinks that they finally will have peace in the galaxy, their dead wrong. A crazed warlord is secretly plotting out a massive and bloody campaign against the galaxy.

Captain Tim Welch.

A young fighter pilot from Earth who decides to venture to the galactic core to join Republic in their fight against the empire after the empire attacks his home. Tim is an excellent pilot, a weapons expert,a crack shot and a brilliant strategist, and now has grudge against the Empire. His fighter wing known as the Shadow Serpents resist the Empire at the tip of the sword. He eventually becomes good friends Fox McClould who joins him and fights the empire together to stop this evil once and for all.

Captain Fox McCloud

The hero of the Lylat. His life has been one war and battle after another. After the Aparoid invasion things start slow down for him. His team starts to drift with only Krystal as his permanent member until recruiting Bill and Katt. With the 1st GreatFox gone their new ship Great Fox II is a project all of its own. When Lylat gets dragged into war with a mysterious foe, Fox and his team lead the Cornerian military in their fight against this new found terror.

Commander Katt Monroe

After giving up her pirate and gangster lifestyle she has decided to join up with Fox and clean the slate. Little does she know of the conflict soon to come and how important her roll in it is.

Commander Bill Grey

A veteran ace of the Cornerian Air Force who made quite the rep for himself during the battle of Katina. He commanded both the Husky and Bulldog sqds during his time of service until he resigned. He was rather relieved to leave the structured life style on the military and gladly took up Fox's job offer. But little does he realize that he'll once again be back on the front fighting with his former comrades.

Lieutenant Commander Krystal

A former resident of the destroyed world of Cerinia. She meet up with Fox during the Saurian Crisis, and has served under him since. After the Aparaoid invasion she was the only member to stay with him. But this hasn't stopped her from trying to discover the truth of her worlds destruction, little does she know that the truth is closer than she realizes.

Commander Mark Andrews

A residence of Anaxes who has a deep hatred for the Empire for the death of his parents. Although a very loyal person he can be slightly cocky and tends to jump the gun at times. He serves as Tim's right hand man and his second in command.

Commander Ellen Jackson

A quiet young woman from Fresia. She was never satisfied with her life there and decided to travel to the core and join the NRDF flight program. After she graduated, herself and her classmates were assigned to Welch. Now she serves as Tim's third highest ranking officer.

Commander Alex Farrell

A young pilot from the lush world of Naboo. He has a strong sense of justice and joined the NRDF when he was of age. He now commands the newest addition to the Shadow Serpents the ARC-170 bomber sqd the Anacondas.

Colonel James Madison

A young Cornerian Army commando who's exploits are legendary. A veteran of the Lylat Wars and the Aparaoid invasion. He and Wolf were close friends in the academy. He took it hard when Wolf went rouge. He's laid back but tough as nails. When Wolf finally returned he decided to take him under his wing and help him start fresh.

Lieutenant Mike Nevel

A very young NRDF officer fresh from OCS, just getting his commission shortly before the war. He's resident of Kuat, and comes from a rich family, who are KDY executives and Imperial supporters. Before he joined the NRDF he was banished from his family due to his support for the Republic. Now he serves as first mate on the Katana and is sworn to bring down the Empire for good.

Major Wolf O'Donnell

The former leader of the Star Wolf team and rival of Fox McCloud. His past is shrouded with mystery. Before he went rouge he was a student at the Cornerian military academy along with Madison. The two of them were top of their class. Upon graduation the two of them joined the special forces unit. He was said to be the best they had. Wolf only served about a year and disappeared. After losing everything to the Empire he decided to change his ways and fight this new enemy.

Grand Admiral Xavier DeGuale

The new leader of the Empire. Very little is know about him, even by his own staff. He is military genius and was Thrawns apprentice and is now picking up where he left off. He has a fascination with ancient culture and technology.

Rear Admiral Jason Typho

Serving as DeGuales executive officer is also a talented strategist, and was handpicked by DeGuale himself. Born on Essless Typho graduated from the Carida Imperial Academy along with DeGuale and has served with him his entire career.

Colonel Nathan Tyler

A former resident of Rendili, Tyler commands the last remnants of the elite storm commandos. He is one of the empires best troops, and has served since Battle of Endor. He suffers from mild psychosis, and is considered to be one of the most ruthless soldiers the Empire has ever had.

General Jadex Fett

A Fett clone general clad in white and black mandalorian armor, made to lead the Imperial army to victory. He is a great solider, skilled with many types of weapons. He only answers to DeGuale himself.

Admiral Kyle Geshing

The hero of the Sector Y battle during the Lylat Wars. After the Cornerian flagship was destroyed by the Shogun Warriors, Geshing and his ship took command of the battle as StarFox arrived. Since then he's been the Commandant of the Cornerian Navy and second only to Gen Hare. He's stern and tactful but a bit arrogant, and doesn't particularly care for Fox and Tim cause of their ages. But behind his gruffness and arrogance lies a good man who really does care for his troops and people.
