Heres a bunch of rants

First rant:

I can never get over the fact that the fanfiction that I am writing is technically illegal. I mean, I could get arrested for my stories. I console myself with the fact that nobody is really going to bother arresting some kid since it wouldn't really benefit anyboys. ESPECIALLY since Rumiko Takahashi has finished Ranma 1/2. Inuyasha is about to be finished or something so thats ok too I suppose. Still, isn't a shock that when all is said and done, we could be sued for writing fanfiction? What I think is proof that we love the original work so much? Wierd.

Another rant:

Fanon is REALLY grating on my nerves. People REALLY need to read the manga to get a full understanding of Ranma 1/2. I understand that some people are unable to, but I would urge them to try before writing trashy cliched fanfiction on Ranma 1/2.

Yet another rant:

Please don't exaggerate characters! Practically every character in Ranma 1/2 in the manga has used a mallet! Akane and Ranma have engaged in conversations that don't degrade into insults. There are some other things but I won't go on some of them are unreasonably canonist anyway, but you get my drift.

Last rant:

Can fanfiction authors not DEMAND reviews? Its so annoying! Yes, they are a good source of encouragement, yes they give an ego-boost but really, do you need threaten to not write anything more if you not get reviews? Its so irritating and puts me off the story instantly.

Whoo stress relieving for sure.
