My favorite time of any day of any season is before, during, and after a rain. The rolling clouds overhead and the approaching sounds of thunder will always bring a smile to my face. I'll sit in my room with the windows open or on the driveway looking north toward the expanse of land contained dark bark colored trees with bright leaves. I am a firm supporter of Pro-life. I was nearly cut out of the world before I was born, but was given life and I have loving parents who adopted me. I believe in God, but I also believe everyone is entitled to their own opinions. If they don't try to change mine, I won't try to change theirs. I respect people who have a firm faith in what they believe in. I know Christ died for me, but am ashamed to call myself a Christian. To quote Ghandi, "I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ."

I am a big adrenaline junkie. Anything to get the blood pumping. I love roller coasters and fast fair rides. I also like scary movies, but not the ones that claim to be scary and just kill off young blonde girls in gory ways. I like the city, but I often have to retreat to nature once in a while. Sometimes I get along with guys a lot better than I get along with girls, with a few exceptions. I am an only child, but I have many pseudo-brothers, who love to torment and tease me, but would go to the ends of the earth for me. Some of them I've only known for a few years, and others I've literally known all my life. I do love them.

Sometimes things come up unexpectedly in life that really crush me. I had a crash course in growing the past few years, and I believe my writing reflects that. I've matured so much since I started writing, but sometimes I do need to take a break and just crash. Don't be surprised if I disappear for a few days.

I often say I'm work's bitch, because I do a bit of everything here. I file, I answer phones, I write checks, I do the billing, I sign off on hours on the time clock, I fix everyone's computers when they do something stupid, and I'm the only one in the building who can correctly do the paperwork for each office here. I often work more than 40 hours a week, either because I need the money desperately or because I'd rather not go home to an empty house. But, if I'm at work, I'll always be near a computer.
