Jamie and Eddie are still working together after their engagement when some unexpected events cross their paths.

Jamie Reagan and Eddie Janko have a drunken night together. They woke up in the same bed, they try to put it behind them but something won't let them, or is a new someone who is the complication and will this little person destroy their partnership. What will they do when outside forces seem to have it out for the 12th? Takes place sometime in season 7 or 8 before engagement.

This is based a few months after they got married. I took a little bit of the softball story line in 9x18 and added it in here. As usual, feedback is greatly appreciated. COMPLETE!

Just a little something I would have liked to see when Eddie got shot. Better summary inside. This will be a bit angsty and in this version - Eddie's vest did not prevent her from getting shot. S2-02: This is the follow-up piece to "Water Under the Bridge" in my second-track series. This one tackles some of the issues they faced in "Home Sweet Home" but adds a few different twists. A tragedy on the job has Jamie rethinking whether the Reagan name is a blessing or a curse and Eddie struggles to keep her newfound family together.

The story is mostly about Jamie and Eddie and their lives as partners and friends which then involves into the being a couple and no longer partners. It starts out as them being friends, but after they are hurt and Nicky gets into trouble it leads them to realize how they truly feel about each other.
