Dan Elliott is a Senior Consultant with Clarion Associates, a national land use consulting firm primarily based in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Elliott’s practice focuses on land preparing, zoning, and international land and urban development problems. Prior to joining Clarion, he was Project Director for the Denver Preparing and Community Advancement Office and was accountable for the Gateway Project and the Downtown Zoning Projects. Mr. Elliott has also served as a Democracy and Governance Advisor to USAID in Uganda for two many years and has completed international consulting assignments in Russia, India, Lebanon, and Canada.
