Note to everyone - I have pretty much become dormant in my Death Note fandom. I have created another account where I am dabbling in other fandoms and have actually started a series. About Myself

Sadly, I don’t have a neat username or single word, just an unremarkable pen name born from an eleven year old’s mind. I take pride in the name Shinami, unique in most ways. Another trait I take foolish, self-destroying pride in is my utter laziness. Self-dubbed “The Queen of Procrastination”, I hardly ever type despite being a Plot Bunny fountain, so never expect me to keep up with a deadline or actually do my homework. As a smarter than average 13 year old Death Note addict, I spend most of my time on the computer, reading fanfiction. Particular favorites are the rare BxLight stories and skillful works such as The Prince by Neverending Odyssey and Reigning on Heaven by Nilahxapiel, to name a scarce few. Listening constantly to a large assortment of J-Pop, J-Rock, Russian, and techno, I consider myself a social reject, and do not mind. And, although I sound strict and serious here, I am quite flippant and ignorant, ever the fool.

Title: Xepher
Pairing: Slight onesided LightxL and BxL, nothing big.
Planned Rating: T, possibly M for violence.
Summary: Ryuk, the Embodiment of Death, had long ago created a prophecy. Someday a being would come to life with the power to destroy everything. The Messiah of the End – Kira. The only one who could stop this was L, an immortal soul born time and again, who could kill Kira and prevent the Shattering. When young Light is born, unknowing of his cursed fate, his mind begins to break at these odd memories that aren’t his, as well as the rising darkness. Xepher is upon us.

Title: Pestilent Truths
Pairing: LxLight
Planned Rating: T
Summary: When the Kira killings started, L knew there was a high percentage of a Virus occurring. Seemed fate hated him, for it was the worst; Virus K-124. Quickly getting on the case and zooming in on “Kira”, L knows he has to give the antidote before the boy ends up like B, mentally deranged and a danger to all around him. However, he never took into account the severity of Light’s infection or the possibility of falling in love.

Summary: When B died, he woke. He was confused. A young, five year old boy in a familiar world that was different at the same time. The heart attack had occurred, so where was he, who was he, with the rose-shaped scar in this mysterious place? Almost killed in several places upon revealing the mark, B quickly learns from some books in a library that…he wasn’t his world. However, despite the fact that he was supposed to bring some Kira victory against L in their eternal war, that wouldn’t stop him from being the murderous Beyond Birthday. Only when destruction looms is he forced to accept his fate and be tossed into an unwanted reality.

Summary: Instead of Light, a young girl picks up the Death Note, changing the entire course of the world. Killing people she hated, Near is put on the case for practice. When his contact reports the girl dead of suicide and sends back a mysterious notebook, Near is shocked to find it authentic. With this new weapon, Near becomes Kira for a utopian future. Setting it up so Kira is assumedly in Japan, framing a certain Light Yagami, Near never expected all the twists in fate that occurred after L’s simple invitation for Near to join the investigation.

Summary: Light had always loved Earth, being called “Mother Nature” by its inhabitants. Neither a he nor a she, but an entity of the world. When humans began tainting the paradise, Light has no choice but to seal itself away lest it die like many other spirits. Pouring it’s conscience into the stream of Time, hoping for an opportunity to cleanse the beloved planet, Light awakens as an 18 year old genius. But upon finding a certain black notebook, an unwelcome spirit enters Light’s vessel. Kira. Will be a oneshot.

Summary: In the kingdom of Society, the Yagamis have long been the rulers. However, when young Light Yagami is born his family dies in a tragic accident, causing the overly superstitious priests to declare him cursed, replacing him with one of the Lawliet line, a family kept for such emergencies to take the throne. Leaving Light to die in a wasteland, the priests of society kept Light’s existence secret, saying L was the son who survived by miracle. They would have never predicted the chaos that would emerge from their actions.

I think you can pick up from all of these that I like to write about Light in some context and how he's always the uke. -laughs- Fluffy (Xepher) and Dot (A White Lie) are probably very happy I took them back before they got adopted. Mikanis is to blame for naming their's Freckles.
