![]() Author has written 7 stories for Twilight. January 24, 2012- So I've put off updating this profile for a very long time now and I see that it's something I should probably get around to. Not sure where to start or finish so I'll just ramble till it feels right. Hello! I joined the Fanfiction community quite a few years back and it wasn't until the end of '10 that I decided to get busy as an author. I wasn't actually sure of what to expect when I uploaded my first story but when I received my first review my face was all types of "O.O" and there were a lot of flails when I was told that people actually enjoyed what I write. The rest, as they say, was history from there. I have been typing up fiction since the tender age of 11 years old, creating alternate universes where short people like myself were super strong and fast and could shoot laser beams from their palms while still maintaining a 90 average in school. I am a very fantastical kind of writer. In my fictions anything and everything can happen, and I will plead "Creative License." I am also the kind of writer to be very self-conscious. I second guess every word I type and the only way I feel I can atone with this is to write something else and do everything differently so I know the original isn't really all that bad. On to the weaknesses. I believe every writer has some type of downfall to their writing style--no one is perfect. I for one use dialogue as a crutch. It is always there, it always will be, that's just the name of the game for me. My plot rides heavily on lots of action and lots of dialogue. It keeps things fresh and interesting for me, and its the fastest way to get moving. Speaking of plots, my stories are always plot driven. I have a problem with slow paces that I work on as often as I can but I'm just no good with character-driven stories though they are my favorite to read. I try, I do, but change is hard when you're set in your ways. Moving on, I aspire to reach that brink of heaven where writer's sit atop of their clouds built upon thousands of readers every day. I strive to better my writing by giving myself little tasks and prompts everyday, and I write as much as I can in a 24 hour period until my brain muscles just give out. I'm random, I'm wonky, I like saltines, I'm a Taurus, and I never really learned how to tie my shoes, and this is all that I really have to say. Thank you for taking the time out of your life to read this and all that remains to be said is stay beautiful, beautiful. To the readers and reviewers, I love ya mucho grandes! Without you I am nothing but a closet writer abiding in the attic. You are all wonderful! To all of you reviewers, you have no idea how happy you make us storytellers. We love and cherish every word you put into a review and your feedback feed our machines! Thank you! So sit back, stay cool, have a soda, and enjoy your life. Punkii loves ya! September 13, 2012 - Alright, so I constantly forget to put this in any of my stories but Disclaimer: I don't own Twilight or it's characters. They belong to Stephenie Meyer, but I do own the naughty things that I make them say to each other. |
