That didn't mean she needed another one hanging around, especially not a noisy, geriatric, thief with no appreciation of personal space. And she definitely wasn't sure about the cat's owner, Killian Jones. But just because everyone leaves in the end, does it really mean you can't be happy now? Modern AU.

Emma stares at her wrist in her lap, her breathing getting shallow; she even tries, stupidly, to scrub the letters off but like David's and Mary Margaret's they're stuck fast. Forever. She has a soulmate. Somewhere in London, her soulmate is walking around—and probably just found her own initials tattooed onto their wrist. She might be within days of meeting them. Soulmate!AU

"Therapy session with Dr. Hopper," she would tell Neal as she slipped out of the door, stealing her way in the moonlight on her trek to the Jolly Roger. "It's just a one-time thing," she would tell Killian as she crept into his cabin, falling into his bed, seeking a comforting warmth she hadn't felt since the last time she'd been with him. "This won't happen again."

"Peter Pan needed more time, the irony of which was not wasted on him. The famed legend, a boy who would never grow old, who had essentially all of the time in the world, needed more of it." Emma & the others are drawing closer, and Pan hasn't convinced the truest believer to give up his heart. He unleashes an old curse, infecting them with the Seven Deadly Sins as a distraction.

They say he's the king of the street rats, that when you fall in with him, you'll never go hungry again, that he has a harem of women from all over the world who will trek for miles and miles to share his bed. Emma doesn't really know about that harem thing, but the "never go hungry again" bit is enough to catch her interest after (at least most of) a life on the street. CS AU.

She just wanted to know how much she was really worth, underneath the wealth and power, if Emma Alone was enough to get her to safe ground. Allowing herself to be kidnapped by a pirate may not have been the best way to go about finding that answer. —-Captain Swan AU.

Emma expects to find Killian Jones. Instead, she's met with Captain Hook, standing on the edge of a very deep abyss. Rated M for a very good reason; contains dark!Hook, rough sex, and dub-con. There is a happy(er) ending in the cards.

AU. One shot. Killian is perfectly content with his life - or so he thinks, until his girlfriend finds a new roommate who makes him question what is it that he really wants. Or really needs, for that matter.

Emma likes to sleep with her window open. She never quite realized who she'd be inviting in.
