What is your real name?

Well, I'm Jennifer though I prefer to be called Jenn. Never, under any circumstances can anyone (unless you’re a friend of mine who isn't even on Fan-Fiction named Breanne) call me Jenny. I also prefer to have Jenn spelled with two "n"s because I don't like three letter words. Of course, I'm not comfortable telling my last name on a website.

How old are you?

Well, I'm 17 now. My birthday is on February 20th, meaning I’m a Pisces.

Where do you live?

Ontario, Canada

What do you look like?

Well, to generalize... I have wavy, blonde, medium-long hair, dark blue eyes that look black in certain lighting, and I’m 5’5”.

Where did you get the name "Melody Python-Veria"?

Well, it's a name I use on a website named mweor. The name "Melody" is my 'first name'. This is actually my dog's name, I just use it online. "Python-Veria" is my hyphenated 'last name'. I have no idea why a 'family' on mweor chose the name Veria for themselves, but the Python came from Monty Python.

You mentioned you have a dog; do you have any other pets?

I'm glad you asked! I have a total of six pets at the moment, one of them being Melody.
Melody is a black LabCollieAustralian Shepherd mix. She is black with brown Doberman-like markings and is now 11.
My other dog is Gromet. He is a Yorkie-poo and looks like one (basically a Yorkshire Terrier with curly fur), he turned 9 this year.
I have a cat who is about 4-5 years old. He is a noisy orange tabby cat called Diesel, and a cat that my family is currently fostering, Duffy.
I also have a rat. Her name is Star. She's black and white, but not quite hooded because she doesn't have a stripe down her back.

Yes, but that doesn't cover all of the other ones I've had in the past! I had another Yorkie-poo, he was black and his name was Corkey and seven other rats, Hillary who was a Rex Rat with brown hooded markings, another Rex Rat with black hooded markings named Hayley, a hooded rat who I get about a week later because Hayley was sick when I got her and she died and I named her the same thing, Dreashlin who was a grey Dumbo Rat (yes, they're called that because they have big ears), a Siamese Rat named Ashlanndre (she had red eyes), Harmony who was a brown hooded rat, Willow a shy, black hooded rat, Celeste who was a light grey rat, and Rikku, a Siamese rat.
I had another cat, Dexter, a grey tabby. He passed away on September 21, 2012 at the age of 4 to a very severe urinary blockage due to bladder crystals. The first time he showed any symptoms was the day we took him to the vet. By then his bladder was swolen to 6 times the size and had ruptured.
So I've had a total of 13 pets.

Do you have any favourite books, movies, TV shows, games etc...?

Books, I'd have to say that the Hobbit is my favourite, without a doubt. Not only is it a wonderful book, but it has sentimental value. My dad read it to me when I was little, and since then I read it another few times. I also like the LoTR series, the Inheritance Cycle, and the Harry Potter Series. I read the Hunger Games series, it wasn't bad.

Movies I have trouble with because I don't watch too many. But I really liked an old movie called Willow that my parents wanted me to watch (they both love it) and I liked Stardust, which is not all that current anymore. I also liked the Princess Bride and A Knight's Tale.

Well, I don't really watch TV much but I used to watch animes online a lot. I’ve watched Inu Yasha, Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits Basket, Code Geass, Code Geass R2, and all of the Hetalia episodes that are dubbed and of course the classics we all watched when we were little, Bayblade, Yu-Gi-Oh, and of course Pokémon (the old series were better).

Currently I am obsessed with two shows: first, The Walking Dead. Oh my goodness it is amazing! My mom started watching it and tried to get me to watch it. As soon as she said the word "zombie" I said no. But she convinced me to watch at least the first season because she had taped it for me. Well, I watched it and I loved it! I've now watched the first season 5 times and the second season 3 times. As long as the occasional zombie, or large zombie herd won't prove too much for you to handle (I can't usually watch scary movies, so that'll tell you the horror factor, though it is ramping up) than don't watch it. But if you think it'll be okay, please do. The show is spectacular. The other show I'm obsessed with is Breaking Bad. I finished watching it and, oh my goodness, I loved it!
I also watch American Idol when I'm at my dad's house. I don't really know why... I watch Survivor as well because I like to laugh at the terrible strategies that most of the players have and try to come up with better ones myself.

Finally, for games, I would say Pokémon or Persona 3. I haven't actually played Persona 3 myself, but I watched a spectacular LP of it. It really is such a spectacular game!

OTPs?

I have a few OTPs from different mediums, but right now two stand out: Walt x Jesse (Breaking Bad), and Minato x Ryoji (Persona 3). Yeah, both are non-canon gay ships, sue me.

What kind of music do you listen to? Also, do you have favourite bands, singers, etc...?

Well, I listen to anything from classical to heavy metal. The closest thing I get to popular music is Mariana's Trench, and I only have a song or two of theirs on my iPod.

My favourite bands are Nightwish, Delain, and Apocalyptica.

My favourite singers are Tajra Turunen and Marco Hietala. I now need to add Anette Olzon for her wonderful vocals on Imaginaerum.

My favourite composer is Tuomas Holopaninen, I also really like Andrew Lloyd Webber's musicals.

My favourite songs are The Poet and the Pendulum (-Nightwish), Ghost Love Score (-Nightwish), Scaretale (-Nightwish), We are the Others (New Ballad Version) (-Delain), and Not Strong Enough (-Apocalyptica). These may change frequently...

A lot of the music I listen to was influenced by my dad. He played me Queen when I was a baby, and he plays Creed and about a billion other bands of that style along with Nightwish and Delain (he likes them too).

What's your favourite colour?

Well, any shade of green really. It depends on the day. Sometimes it's a bright, vibrant green and others it's a deep forest green.

What’s your dream job?

If I could support myself on it I would definately be a dog trainer. But if that doesn't look like it could be a reality I'll go to vet school. I think even if it does look like a reality going to vet school will probably only help.

FanFictions I am Currently or Wanting to Write

Well, I deleted my two old Fan-Fictions. They weren’t very good quality and I had no inspiration to keep writing them. I had grown bored with the Warriors series and there is a fourth book out for the Inheritance Cycle, and my fic for that was based on my predictions.

I’ve now stopped working on a Pokémon Fan-Fiction, which was based off of a dream I had. All of chapter 1, and part of chapter 2 were what I dreamt; the rest is sort of a story line I came up with after my dream.

Yesterday (as of when I'm writing this) I uploaded a Breaking Bad Fan-Fiction. I had been reading some Fics and accidentally, while I wasn't paying attention, stumbled across a Walt x Jesse Fic. While I never had considered the ship before I really loved reading it, and now I ship it... I felt like I should contribute to the ship by writing a Fic of my own, especially because I feel like there is a lack of multi-chapter Walt x Jesse Fics out there.

I'm also thinking about starting another Fan-Fiction. It would be an OC The Walking Dead Fic. My only problem would be writing material with zombies in it. I've never attempted anything like that before, so it will be an entirely new experience.
