Armed with knowledge of the paranormal, the Stans discover the mysteries of Gravity Falls.

Dipper had always felt like the black sheep in the Pine's family. He always felt like they would get along just fine without him - even Mabel, with enough time. Closing his eyes had never felt like such a reprieve from all of it.

For his birthday, Dipper wishes that he and Mabel could return to Gravity Falls and they do and reunite with their old friends and meet some new ones as well. But there is something evil afoot. Will The old gang be able to save themselves AND the town?

The Pines twins have been steeped in mayhem, mysteries, and magic every summer since they were 12 years old. Coming back home to Piedmont, going to high school, acting normal? All those things make them stick out like a sore thumb. When you ask outsiders about the Pines twins, you get a mix of strange stories and casual observations.

Dipper Pines never wanted to be a ghostwriter. However, when the young and beautiful heiress, Pacifica Northwest, offers him a job in writing her 'autobiography', the money's too good to say no. It's the Pines twins' fifth summer in Gravity Falls when Pacifica feels the need to defend herself: she does not have a blatantly obvious thing for Dipper Pines. Honest. Who likes nerds who wear the same hat for five years anyways, no matter how tall they've gotten?

When Dipper overhears Pacifica's date being disrespectful he can't help but jump in and save the day. Of course Pacifica can't help but wonder, could Dipper be her knight in shinning armor? Takes place during the teenage years.
