![]() Author has written 4 stories for Naruto, and Dragon Age. Hey! My profile! Call me 'Dai! Warning: I might flirt/joke-flirt with you. It's a thing I do, if I don't see you as a sibling. A joke, a hobby. As long as you are, like, my friend/online-person-I-know, and not someone I think could fit into my family a bit too easily. You're a girl? Doesn't matter. You're a guy? Meh, so what. It's all in good fun, though. Mostly. Honestly, I think It's funny to see people's reactions to it. I find girls respond better to it than guys. I'm that one person in the story that actually fights nasty. I kick your legs out, I bite, I throw dirt, I spit. I have a hidden dagger. I don't save people with everything I have, just because they're there and need help. I almost never announce my appearance. I do not fight one-on-one. I do not fight with "honour." I do not wear flashy things, I am not memorable. I do not scream out my attack for my audience. I'm the one person in the story who can walk away from a fight without a single scratch. I win, no matter who the opponent was. I fight for what I think I should do. I trade fair, and protect all I can if I have anything to spare them- but sometimes I need it for myself or my friends. My is honour has been twisted in order to protect anyone under my wing. My enemies can not point me out from a crowd. I'm a survivor, and I stand where others have fallen. I life, I fight, I Protect. OBITUARY FOR THE LATE MR. COMMON SENSE: Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered for having cultivated such valuable lessons as: knowing when to come in out of the rain, why the early bird gets the worm, life isn't always fair, and maybe it was my fault. Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge). His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate, teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch, and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student only worsened his condition. Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer Painkiller, sun lotion, or a band-aid to a student, but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion. Common Sense lost the will to live as being a virtuous and wholesome person came to be socially distasteful, churches and hospitals became businesses, and criminals received better treatment than their victims. Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault. Common Sense finally gave up the will to live after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap and was promptly awarded a huge settlement. Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents Truth and Trust, his wife Discretion, his daughter Responsibility, and his son Reason. He is survived by his 3 stepbrothers I Know My Rights, Someone Else Is To Blame, and I'm A Victim. Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If you still remember him, copy this to your profile. When you were younger and to this day, you dream and prayed every prayer that you could one day have an adventure of your own. You would start off all alone and run from every battle. You couldn't fight but you had both determination and an amazing amount of luck, so you would survive. Eventually you would meet others who you would be wary of at first but along the way you would become the greatest of friends. Your friendship would rival that of Merlin and King Arthur, Frodo and Sam, Fred and George, Lucy and Natsu, Naruto and Sasuke. Soon, after a near death experience, you would have to learn to fight. When you do, with experience you gain names for yourselves. The titles you receive are slightly dark and maybe even a little clichéd. This only serves to make people cautious with you but with kind actions and words you gain their trust, one person at a time. You start changing the world slowly yet surely. And one day after many battles, laughs, bonds and cheers you would fall asleep. Only to wake up in a bedroom that you hadn't seen since the night before you started your adventure. You would look down at your hands and watch as tears fell down on your no longer battle worn, younger palms for you would have realised...that it was all just a dream. You pretend that life from then on is how it should be. Nobody realises that your smiles are painstakingly painted on or that your voice is empty of emotion, that your eyes hold only a dulled sadness. Of course they wouldn't, you had no bonds as strong as the ones you had with your friends in your dreams. Life would have moved slowly with the years and you would have grown up. But you never forgot your dream years and it still hurt to think about them. One day you accidently collided with a girl in the corridor of your work place. You quickly help her up and then your eyes met. It was her. Your first friend from your dreams. The two of you look confused for a small while before she smiles and apologises and leaves. She doesn't know you. You cant help it anymore, you breakdown in sobs and tears before rushing home. When you arrive you quickly locate a pen and pencil. Why? Because before you go crazy you need to see your adventure written down. Your legend. Because you know that this is the only way you can return to your dreams, writing. (Copy this if by writing you are living your dreams through the characters on your tear stained pages. Because one day you woke up and realised that maybe you wont be getting your adventure in this lifetime.) 1/12/15- Twisting a Fox's Fate I swear I'll get around to it!!! I do! It's just, I have fallen into a temporary obsession with Dragon Age, soooo... My Deviant Art account: (Is this how I do it, Sapphire?) |
