Poll: Should I continue "Revolution"? Vote Now! |
![]() Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter. : Update (finally!) : 3-28-2007 : I need your honest opinion (even if it is brutal!) on Revolution and its progress (or lack thereof) thus far - so please send me a PM and vote on my new poll! I understand that there is very little plot to the story and although it's cute, it doesn't really have much of a voice. I might continue it, but it actually isn't much of a priority for me, which is why there are so few chapters and so much space between chapters. I have a general plot outline for it, but I think I should be heading in a different direction. Though this story might have a nice concept, my mind is at a point at which it's just so difficult to continue with such a story. Please vote so I can decide on whether to continue or not! (And Helen, I'm sorry if this pains you; tie me to another chair and threaten to eat me if you like!) In the meantime, I'm contemplating writing a collection of Lily Evans' poetry and journals in her time at Hogwarts. I think it'd be interesting to write from her internal perspective - and hopefully the readers will get a taste of something new. Also, I'm considering writing a compilation of notes and letters passed in class from Lily to James and the friends of each. I'll need your help deciding on how to approach this, so please PM me if you get a chance! I am... ... a teenager. ... a writer. ... a musician and songwriter. ... an artist. ... a runner. ... a student. ... a sister. ... a vegetarian. ... open-minded. ... a daydreamer. ... INSPI(RED). ... an idealist. I love... ... really good indie music. Think Sufjan Stevens, Elliott Smith, Architecture in Helsinki, Beirut, Death Cab for Cutie, Iron & Wine, etc. ... veggies, green tea lattes, yogurt, and grape fights. ... my friends & family. ... God. ... to write, play guitar & piano, read, run, bike, sketch, and walk on beaches dreaming. ... everything in between. I will... ... never stop writing, even if my hands almost get amputated, as they did during track practice today (it was the whitest shade you have ever seen and it took 20 minutes to fully thaw out). ... never stop dreaming. ... never stop living life to its fullest. There isn't a moment to waste. I am Poetic Frenzy. Why do I write? Because it's what I was born to do. But also because sometimes life can get so overwhelming that I would either commit suicide or literally bounce off the walls and into the toilet if I didn't write. This is my outlet, my sanctuary; writing is as crucial to my life as air. Pen and paper bring me to life. Some hilarious and thought-provoking conversations or just random e-mails b/w me and my friends.
