Huntsman and Huntresses, warriors trained in the use of special Mechanized Battle Suits commonly called Paladins. Team RWBY trains in their suits to become one of these elite warriors in the never ending battle against the grimm. However when a routine mission takes a strange turn they may have to deal with a threat from inside the kingdoms walls.

Yang has gone insane, unable to control her semblance or her mind. Blake has been tasked with tracking her down and eliminating the threat, but can she really kill her old partner and lover?

Ruby finds herself facing her end. As she pushes her semblance to new heights, the world breaks. In one fluid, crystallising moment everything changes. Yang starts to hang with Jaune more, and slowly both learn more about each other, as feelings they didn't had before starts to grow inside them. During the next seven days, they will go from friends to lovers, while learning certain things are not as complicated as they think.
