 Author has written 5 stories for Slayers, and RWBY. "Usually I compose only with great difficulty and endless rewriting." —J.R.R. Tolkien to Stanley Unwin (1945) Internet Scientist. Amateur author. Weeb trash. I have gone by many epithets in the past. I enjoy reading stories from all genres, although I show blatant favoritism towards fantasy and science fiction (and frequently the unholy mixture of both). I got into writing fanfiction in the early 2000s, though few of my works survive on the Internet today (thankfully). I hang onto them offline to look back on occasion and see what I did well, what I did wrong, what I did very wrong, and gauge how far I've come since then. What does remain published on this site from before 2018 shall stand for posterity, though I wouldn't expect any updates on those stories. Slayers Forth was my child for a long time, but other interests and instablities and responsibilities in my life forced me to focus on other things. Left Alone was largely a sidepiece and I have no idea where I was going with the plot. Both can be considered on indefinite hiatus. My current interest is RWBY, so that is where the bulk of my efforts shall be. Lastly, I adore feedback. Whether it’s constructive or merely commentary, I enjoy interacting with my readers and fellow authors. I do my best to respond to every review and private message. CURRENT PROJECTS Trust - Set between the end of V5 and start of V6, this story follows Yang and Blake as they attempt to mend faith in the days following their reunion. When Yang cannot deal with her inner demons, she leaves to cool her head. Blake takes notice and follows, wanting to help. Together, they're thrown into an unexpected detour that forces them to rely on each other to make it out alive. COMPLETED PROJECTS No Time Like the Present - One-shot taking place in the aftermath of RWBY V6x06. Yang tries to distract herself helping set up the group's camp and Ruby notices that she's walling herself off from the others. Knowing the worth of the time they have like few others, Ruby attempts to get Yang to open up to her estranged partner. |
