For a start I'll point out that i'm female for those of who got that wrong. : )

I'm rather open minded when it comes to fic and will read just about anything as long as it's well written. I've never been the best speller but i can't stand reading fics by people who are to lazy to use a spelling and grammar check. However much i love this tool however, it is not a substitute for reading fics through and the number of promising fic ivé had to give up reading because they annoy me is incredible. Well that's my grumble over. ;)

I am currently writing harry potter and Pirates of the Caribbean fics but sooner or later I'll get around to x-men and doctor who.

My favorite characters are:

Severus Snape - just cus he's really interesting, deep and he doesn't have to be nice.

Albus Dumbledore - At first i just liked him cus as the quote goes, you've got to admit he's got style. However after we discovered his troubled past an the fact that he is less than perfect made me realise that i could use him as a main character without the plot crumbling around him. I admire characters who've got problems and deal with them.

Davey Jones - Again, dark and shady past, got something of the phantom of the opera about him. The tentacles are good too ;) He reminds me of how when i was younger i liked the beast in beauty and the beast until he was curred. Davy has got to be part fish, it's the whole point.

Magneto - He's a bit erratic really. He goes from being really cool to so dumb you want to slap him.

The Master - What can i say, the doctor's alter ego with slight psychotic tendencies? I'm there!

Now i write these down i realise that they all have a lot in common... I also like:

The doctor - 10! David is the best doctor and somehow the most doctorish as well, he manages to get him perfectly. The doctor reminds me of how i used to think Dumbledore would be when he was young and cool. I've kinda moved away from that idea now but still.

Xavier - He's a mutant dumbledore i swear. I am also an Eric/charles shipper. It just seams so plausible it could be cannon. From the movies that is, I've never read the comics.

Barbossa - he's cool too. A typical swashbuckler.

Yes my updates are erratic but there are times when i have lots of free time and am being pestered by rabid plot bunnies and there are times when i'm... not basically.
