![]() Author has written 6 stories for Yu-Gi-Oh. In my earlier stories I am formerly known as Tora San. Chosan's current life (Aug 02 2013): Employed and working. I seldom watch anime anymore...YIKES! I still luckily read mangas...but mostly one-shots that I can finish easily. I am not really inspired to write about those stories. Thanks again to those that have read and still read my works. It always puts a smile on my face when I still receive notification that someone has reviewed my stories. I wrote Love Across the ages 10 years ago and people are still reading it. Thank you! My bio: My first ever fanfic was Love Across the Ages which used to be my pride and joy. I hope to make something better upon my return. Around a decade ago, I started my first ever fanfic, Love Across the Ages. As a child I loved to read and watch multiple type of shows with intense plots, however aside from Sailor Moon, I was not very familiar with the anime world. As I entered high school I had a little more contact with it from my friends. A very good friend of mine had been an avid reader/writer on fanfiction.net and had passed the hobby onto me. At the time I had only started out watching a select few animes that were dubbed on a children's television channel, so you can tell that I had a very cleaned up, mixed up version of the original stories. For about a year I wrote several short stories (to me it felt long writing 10-15 chapters, but apparently people found it too short). I tried to improve and hopefully increase the amount of writing I could complete. Reality is a cruel mistress. In gr.12 I had many exams to prepare for and college applications to fill and I sacrificed writing to do so. I had difficulty adapting to my first year at uni and once again my wishes to return to the writing world were put aside. Year after year passed and my writing sat in a corner. Multiple attempts were made but never completed as other works were placed first. I know that people still read my old works, and it always makes me happy that people to know they enjoyed read it. I wish, I hope and I dream of publishing something again. My writing style: (Currently) When I compare old and new stories that I write, I find that my old ones were a bit rushed. I think it had a lot to do with my impulsivity to publish rather than actually think stories through and develop characters and plot properly. I still like comedy, romance and tragedy. I think I will update this section again when I publish a full story so I can get an idea of what I've become. Or maybe you the reader will tell me. (Prior to '05)I like using emotions, generally either really happy or really tragic. Angst, I've learned from the Challenge story is probably not my thing, horror is definitely not my thing. I'm not sure about battle scenes. I'm not too good at them I think but if they're short I can probably come up with something and hope you don't notice how illogical it seems haha. As a psychology student I really enjoy putting myself into the shoes of the people I write about. This is the reason why I usually choose characters I really like, in some ways it makes me feel as if I better understand the character and can avoid ooc-ness. I now notice that it's best if you've seen the entire story before writing about a certain character or you'll come to realize you probably made them ooc anyways haha. I mostly mean my Yami Bakura. I dislike Ooc most of the time so I try to avoid it when I can. But I'm only human! I also will never write sequels. The reason is because I end stories when I'm tired of the plot. Therefore to write a sequel would only prove to bore me and torture you the reader. Favorite Bishies Yu-gi-oh favorites: Seto, Bakura/Ryou, Malik/Marik I enjoyed watching Inu Yasha the anime not the character as much. Sesshoumaru was a great love of mine for a long time, I do still like him but probably not as much as I used to when I'd see him on screen very often. Bleach favorites: Kuchiki Byakuya (Rukia's brother) because he's reminds me of Sesshoumaru in certain ways, recently my secondary favorites have become Grimmjow Jaggerjack, and Ishida Uryuu. Ouran High School Host Club favorites: Kyouya is my definite favorite out of the group. Naruto favorites: Itachi, Kakashi, Tenzo/Yamato. Saiunkoku Monogatari Favorite: Ran Shuuei Cho says: Anime is always better when there's eye candy!
