Her first case is led by Fox Mulder, and naturally the two get close. How will Mulder fit in to Scully's family life, and what happens when discoveries are made about the true parentage of her daughter?

So how is Kate going to balance the demands of her smitten daughter without falling even further in love with her boss?

An AU story set when Caroline comes home from Oxford one summer and meets a young Kate. What could have happened if they had met back then.

Fictional future scenarios in the McElliot lives but based on quotes or part quotes from Caroline or Kate from the actual TV series in an attempt to subvert or change the original meaning...or maybe even show that they've moved on! As usual the characters are not mine, they belong to Sally Wainwright & the BBC but I will attempt to play nicely and leave them 'unmarked'.
