With the discovery and popularization of Thaumic magic, the dangerous waste product known as "Flux" has become the center of controversy. With no established methods of control and very little research into its effects, many of the yogs have taken the issue into their own hands, some electing to destroy it, and some harnessing the flux for their own nefarious purposes.

Prince Ryan is to be coronated King of Achievement City for the second time. However, his rise to power comes amidst calls to action by the local villages regarding the string of disappearances that plagues the island. Ryan know what is taking the villagers, and why, but he must act in a manner that defends and consolidates his regained power.
