All right everyone, lets begin.

I used to have a profile on this site, but I unfortunately lost the notes for my stories, which led me to completely hault my writing. But, I was recently egged into giving it another shot. So, I have formed this new profile, to start again. The only hint I give to you all as that my former profile, because it is still active I believe, is this L. M. That's all.

Now.

The majority of my stories, the Potterverse ones at any rate, will fall within an Alternate Reality Universe that I have created, simply calling it the Phoenix knight universe. All of my stories will be a different version of this universe, since I never start with first year, I will provide additional information for the previous years in all the stories. the following is an outline for the events that take place before Hogwarts, as I said, any additional information will be provided in the first chapter of the story in question. And yes, the majority of them will be HHr

Phoenix Knight Timeline

2,100 yrs. ago- Merlin discovers ancient scripts detailing the augmentation of certain wizards, increasing there combat capabilities exponentially.

2,036 yrs ago- after decades of intense study, Merlin deciphers and manages to duplicate the effects mentioned in the scripts, causing his powers to increase exponentially.

1985 yrs ago- Merlin forms the first band of Phoenix Knights.

1984-1000 yrs ago- the Phoenix knights discover that there power increase leads to near immortality. When one falls in battle, the remaining members choose another. Eventually, four members stand above the rest, they are Godric, Salazar, Helga, and Rowena. The four knights create a formal school to teach children that have magical potential.

985 yrs ago- Salazar is forced to leave the school, he leads a small group of knights into battle and is killed by The Dark Lord Balvar. Their mythologies are mixed together, leading modern wizards to believe them to be one person.

980 yrs ago- The remaining three leaders of the Phoenix knights band together and defeat Balvar.

700-500 yrs ago (exact date unknown) - The last remaining founder, having slipped into hiding, thought dead, chooses another knight, Nick Flamel. The brilliant alchemist uses some of the base rituals in those ancient scripts to create his formula for immortality, the elixir of life.
112 yrs ago- Nick Flamel discovers a young prodigy by the name of Albus Dumbledore. After several years teaching him, Flamel offers the process and knowledge of the Phoenix knights to Albus, he readily agrees. That power would easily allow him to later defeat Grindewald.

64 yrs ago- during a duel with Grindewald, Dumbledore is struck with a withering curse. Instead of causing him to waste away into dust, it merely seems to age him to something closer to what his natural appearance should be.

60’s onward.

1966
Dumbledore, after inheriting the role of leader of the Phoenix knights decides to pick some of the brightest and strongest witches and wizards to begin to expand the order once more. Voldemort’s power begins to come to a head.

1970’s
Several prominent order members graduate from Hogwarts, including James Potter, Lily Evans, Sirius Black, and Severus Snape. These four people would go on to join the order and receive the upgrades, Severus Snape would not join the order until later, after betraying the death eaters and turning spy.

1980
Harrison ‘Harry’ James Potter is born to lily and James Potter. He is born with an uncommon ability. He can see magic, including invisibility cloaks and wards. This is manifested in the color of his eyes. One of his eyes is emerald green like his mother’s, and the other is an unnatural blue/silver. It is almost reflective in color, and swirls with magic. Lily and James go under the fidelus spell. Sirius is put out as a decoy while Peter Pettigrew, to weak magically to undergo the Phoenix knight augmentations, is the real secret keeper.

1981
Wormtail betrays the Potters to Voldemort. The Dark Lord attacks them, James, one of the few phoenix knights that can almost stand toe to toe with Voldemort himself, throws himself in front of the killing curse aimed at his wife, giving her time to escape up the stairs. Lily kisses her son good bye, and battles Voldemort fiercely. She looses and is killed. Voldemort attacks Harry, the spell is reflected back at him, destroying his body from the overload of dark magic. Harry’s eye, absorbs a portion of the evil magic, causing it to change color for years until the energy is properly dissipated. The lighting bolt scar being the only sign of injury. Wormtail fakes his death, Sirius is wrongfully imprisoned. Dumbledore, enacting the blood wards, places Harry under the care of the Dursley’s.

1980’s
Harry grows up under the iron fist of Vernon Dursley. He is hated and treated worse than a dog for years. Sirius uses wandless magic, a talent that the stronger Phoenix knights usually learn pretty easily, to begin crafting an illusion of himself, but it is slow going, as Dementor’s suppress wandless magic. At the age of four, Harry accidentally apparates while trying to get away from Dudley. Instead of shrugging it off, he attempts to duplicate to effect. This 'loosens' his magic so to speak, causing to grow faster, sooner, than is normal. Over the course of three years he gains basic wandless magical abilities. Sirius manages to complete his illusion in 1988. He charges it with as much juice as he can, the illusion will last for 5 years, until 1993. He promptly escapes as padfoot. He finds Harry in a park near the Dursley’s home, practicing magic. Harry has a few memories of the man before him and instantly trusts him, remembering the love he had for him. The pair escape, and live in a small cottage in the English country side. They contact Remus, the three live together in relative peace, barring midnight wrestling on the full moon. (NOTE: He won’t always have the ability to become an animagus, not right off anyway, I’ll mention it if he can’t) Appropriately enough, Harry due to his early magical development, is able to become an animagus early than normal, he is a mix, half Siberian husky, half timber wolf. NOTE: Remus and Sirius are NOT gay.

1991
Harry receives his Hogwarts letter, Dumbledore discovers he is not at the Dursley’s. He travels to the Cottage and discovers Sirius. After nearly attacking Sirius, Harry manages to stop him with a burst of wandless magic. They explain what happened, and Dumbledore believes them and agrees to let Harry stay with them. Apparently Snape was supposed to be keeping tabs on him, making sure everything was fine, he was neglecting his duties. Harry starts Hogwarts, meets Hermione (sorted in with) and Ron (always Gryffindor) and is sorted into…(depends on the story.) He becomes close to Hermione, especially after he saves her from a troll as they are walking back from the library, Ron had picked on her earlier. Harry spent the evening with her in the library, cheering her up. They both shun Ron for the most part, just staying on civil terms with him, unless they are Slytherin.

Now, I know that it is odd for me to claim that James is almost as powerful as Voldemort, but a Phoenix knight, the more gifted ones anyway, have powers that exceed normal wizards up to 25 times, most wizards, Nick Flamel for instance, level off power wise at this point, only gaining knowledge, not additional strength. Of course, when Voldemort returns, one way or another, he'll be far more powerful than he previously was, nearly a 100 times stonger than an average adult wizard. And i'm not telling where Harry or Dumbledore rest on that scale.

And another thing, Flamel is a Phoenix Knight, thus he does not need the elixir of life, he created it for his wife, since tests revealed she would not survive the rituals needed to change her.
