Hey, my name is Cristal Alvarez, I'm 19-years-old (my birthday is July 19, 1995), and I'm an aspiring writer from East San Jose of California. I was born and raised in Alum Rock, and writing has always been my passion. I really loved writing and reading ever since I was a little girl in middle school, but I couldn't really act out on my dreams until high school because Escuela Popular, my middle school, and just the general environment didn't give me much advantages. But now that I graduated high school last year, I've been publishing my stories online. Right now, I'm in community college taking writing classes as well on the side.

Most of my stories are about Hispanic people in society, since I've seen first-hand situations and I'd really like to show the public some issues facing Mexicans today. And let's be real. I'm a big girl, like a really big girl. Many of my protagonists are living through life as an obese person, which might not give them much praise. Some content might be for adults. I'll give you a notification if it is. Honestly, I don't know how to really work fanfiction.net, so this is just a profile. I won't be uploading much stuff here.
