So, this is the place where I explain why I'm here... That is quite an interesting story, I'll say.

A friend introduced me to fan fiction a few years ago, and I was immediately hooked. I loved the idea of reading what other people thought should happen with things that I liked, like Star Wars and basically all freaking musicals. If you have been following my stories, then you will know that I used to go by the pen name skywalker'sdaughter14, but that soon stopped applying to me when I started reading (and attempting to write) other types of fan fiction. This is the reason why I now go by GeekySoul, and it will be staying that way for hopefully all time.

(Unless my little sister gets in here and figures out how to change it to something like "PERCABETH FOREVER" or something along those lines. But I love her any way.)

My stories! (Or, at this point, lack thereof.)

I will mostly be writing Star Wars fan fiction, because that is the realm I'm most comfortable in right now. I will probably be branching out to other things like Wicked or somewhere in the musical realm in the next year or so, once I get my feet re-wet. I may attempt to write any Harry Potter fan fiction, so if someone out there is more knowledgeable, about this particular fandom, please feel free to PM me with any starting tips or anything like that.

I am also in need of a beta at this point. I dropped my last one when it became clear to me that the person was not really respecting the fact that I was making my characters a little OOC, and I felt as if I was catering more towards just them, and not really what my other readers had seen in the previous chapters.

Essentially, this is my restart. So, I hope you all have taken your seats, because the curtain is about to open on Act 2 of GeekySoul.
