 I don't write, or rather I haven't yet and may never finish a story and I'd rather not publish WIPs, especially as I rarely write chronically. Anyhow, in case someone'd like to recommend me something or check out my recs on my homepage (a WIP), this is what I read: Criminal Minds - Reid-centric, angst, drama, h/c, Reid/Hotch or Reid/Morgan, whump, noncon + any of these in a casefic Harry Potter - mainly Harry-centric, angst, drama, h/c, slash, gen, noncon, abuse, disabled, mentor!Snape and comfort!Snape I try to steer clear of WIPs and het is rarely for me, in CM fandom mainly because I like my Reid sub. On the other hand it'd be interesting to read a good het with dominant!Reid. And yes, for one reason or another sub/dom (but no kosher BDSM) fics in slash are my thang. In stories with noncon I don't want it to turn into con, it just doesn't sound plausible to me. I also appreciate correct punctuation and spelling as well as good grammar but I don't mind swearing if it doesn't make the characters too OOC. |
