Outside, cops and clerks moved about their days. She felt far away from that world. It was just her and him and he knew her and when he held her at night, she didn't feel lonely anymore. She let out a long breath. "I'm pregnant," she whispered.

There is a horrible accident. Josh is killed in Africa. Castle goes and comforts Beckett leading to a pregnancy. The problem? Kate doesn't know if its Josh's or Rick's. Also family, hurt/comfort, drama, besides angst and romance.
