She had been waiting up for Nick, but was starting to doze off. In order to stay awake, she tried to watch TV, play her ukulele (which Schmidt yelled at her for), and listened to some of her favorite vinyls, but none of that seemed to be working. She was growing more tired by the second, so she decided to do the only thing that she thought would keep her awake.

Book 1. Nick and Jess meet up over the years before they become roommates. What will happen when their chemistry collides? Complete.

Flashforward 3 months after the events of the season finale. What happens when Mindy returns to New York? Rated T to be safe.

They agree to disagree about where to go first, but the one thing they do agree on is that they're going somewhere. Somewhere else. Mindy wants to resume her Friends with Benefits situation with Jeremy because she needs sex BADLY; but Jeremy has eyes for someone else & won't help her out. Mindy could always give Brendan another go, right? But she really hates him. What happens when Danny learns that she is looking for a new bed buddy?
