With the help of a desk agent, he confronts his past to have a shot at rediscovering himself while experiencing peace in a world full of chaos. He helps her to overcome her own demons and regain what she's lost. Bucky/OC

Post Captain America 2. Toni is your average 24 year old girl when one day the world all goes to hell, and she is thrown into a world she never wanted a part of and all because she took in a confused, lost and extremely handsome man off the street. Will Bucky cope with his past as The Winter Soldier? Or will the guilt over what he became consume him? Let's see shall we?

Reader gets out of the bathroom to find the Winter Soldier waiting for her. She comforts him the best way she knows how.

He tries to reach out to Steve, but he can't feel his arm. It's too cold. Everything is cold save for his blood and Steve's smile. Long after he forgets his own name, Bucky remembers "Steve."

Slightly AU: The battle is over. Shield won; so did Hydra, but not without casualties. Like the destruction of one cryogenic coffin. No more memory wipes. For the first time in a long time, the Winter Soldier is unchained- free to make his own memories, free to invoke his past. Hydra pushes on, and the Winter Soldier with it. Yet, the woman with the red hair haunts him. [COMPLETE].

Three weeks had gone by since the events in CA:TWS. After a botched mission, Natasha is sent to a safe house. She is trying to lay low and come to terms with her past and her relationship to the Winter Soldier. Until he finds her. (Bucky x Natasha)

This is my take on what happens after CATW. Steve is searching for Bucky everywhere but finds him at his doorstep one night.

Months after the fall of Hydra, the Winter Soldier is adrift and desperate for answers. In New York, he takes a young woman hostage in hopes of using her connections to Stark Industries to regain his memory. Much to his surprise, she becomes an ally in his search for the truth of his past.

When Steve Rogers falls into the ice, Winter Soldier emerges. Brainwashed by the Russians to think he is their country's salvation, Winter is trained alongside Natasha Romanov, a fellow super soldier, to fight for a country he's told to believe in. It all might have gone to plan if he hadn't started to remember who he was. Complete.
