Hmm. What to say...

Well. I'm new to ff.net. Heard many negative things about it (such as there being too many Suethors), but decided to try it out for myself anyway, so here I am.

I write a lot of fanfic, but rarely finish any, and the few ones I do finish I don't always have the courage to post. It's important to me to be able to say I did my very best -- I'm the kind of person who'd never post anything unrevised, unfinished or unbetad -- and if the fic still sucks after all that, then so be it. I can only do what my skill level allows me to do, and I'm still learning. We learn our entire lives (well, at least most people do, lol). :)

Some of the fandoms I like are (in alphabetical order) Blackadder, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Little Britain, LOST, Monk, Reaper, Star Trek TNG, X-Files... and probably a few others I can't recall at the moment. I prefer slash to gen or het (no flames please?), and to be completely honest, 80 percent of all the slash I read is NC-17 (or M, as they say here). Why? Nobody knows, lol. Is "because I like it" a good enough answer? :P

What else?

I'm currently going through a Blackadder obsession, hehe. I can't get enough. Anything with Rowan Atkinson is awesome. I'm also a fan of "The Thin Blue Line" -- I strongly identify with Inspector Raymond Fowler's character, in the way that he takes things just as seriously as I do. And, well, there's also that uniform... /trulyobsessive drools, LOL.

Alright, enough is enough. I'm off to spend some time in the real world.
