After two wars, everybody was tired of fighting. Percy Jackson was no exception, especially after the excursion to Tartarus that he took to save Annabeth. A year afterward, Percy is once again thrown headfirst into trouble against his will. With new strength and new resolve, Percy finds himself questioning the true nature of humanity and of his own desire to protect.
