![]() Before I started on here, I was just a ghost. I read stories, didn't speak to anyone about anything. The whole reason I am a part of this site was I needed to review a story that hit me so deep, it was all I thought about. Now I follow authors, read stories, follow them and favorite them. I enjoy twisted plots. Particularly dark, twisted plots. The kind that leave your mind in a dark place, searching for light in the shadows. The kind that leave you wondering up your own dark, twisted plots. The kinds of stories you wouldn't let your mother read, for fear of her wondering just what the hell is wrong with you. I love these. They are the best kinds of stories, written by the best kinds of people, because they dare to go where no one else does. That being said, my favorite characters in movies, games, stories, books, are the villains. They have a depth to them you do not see in heroes. Heroes, especially in anime and manga, movies and games, have a lack of depth, and are uninteresting. That's not to say I hate them. No. In fact, I love several heroes, as it were. They include Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho, Undertaker from Black Butler (Kuroshitsuji), Tien from Ong Bak 2 and 3, among others. A little about me. I'm an aspiring photographer, with an interest in neurology, mainly research. I work graveyard shift at a convenience store in small town, USA. Literally. I suffer from Social Anxiety Disorder (never been officially diagnosed, but it's kind of hard to not know), that developed into (with what I've been reading) Avoidant Personality Disorder, with slight agoraphobia. I suffered from chronic depression when I was a teen. Again, never official diagnosed. I now live with my boyfriend of 4 and a half years, along with our one cat (I got rid of the other seven), and our two fish. I have an attitude that could rival an angry hornet. I also, apparently, have one of the biggest hearts anyone has ever come across (meaning, I'm really fucking nice). I curse I don't write fanfiction. God, how I have tried. And it all turned out like shit. Okay, not all of it, but almost all of it, so I gave it up. I write my own stories. Stories based off dreams, stories based off stories (NOT fanfiction), stories based off experiences. I may try writing fanfiction again one of these days, but don't expect it on here for a long time to come. Alright, that's enough for now. |
