Personal thought: I personally think that any kind of discrimination is wrong. I detest it when people sprout on and on about "How disgusting those gays are" or "Just look at those people, they looked like they just walked through open fire and come out with ash all over their body!" . I mean, I hear grownups saying these types of thing and it just irks me their maturity level is no where near what they claimed to possess. I don't have a problem with homosexuality or people of different ethnicity than me. Nor do I have a problem with people who have special needs. It's not like they chose to be that. It's their fate. They were either born with it or acquire it through unfortunate circumstances. I urge everyone to open your mind wider and be more accepting. I'm proud to say I'm different because that's what makes me - ME! Each individual's difference is their diversity and what makes them unique and an individual. As a matter of fact, living things survive thanks to diversity. Next time anyone called you queer or weird retort back and say:
"Weird means strange, strange means different, and different means unique. So thank you for acknowledging my individuality that makes me a better person than you who criticize others' diversity."
