Hello all who have crossed the paths into my world...Do please ask Casper for directions as I am directionally impaired, weird! and its my world to boot:) Oh well, there's a first time for everything.

As you noticed by the user name, I am Nile Reina...otherwise known as Raven to some close friends...either's fine, I'll answer to both. I'm currently bogged down to my ears in writing, typing, and idea creations...Blaming it all upon Casper, dang muse! But I do make time to make updates as quick as I can!

I run my own Yahoo Group called Unique Realities...You may stop by if you'd like, take a breather and read through what's posted and what's not lol...But in my Files sectionone can find my orginial stories as well as my HP series...but in the Message board is usually HP series (for now until I get other ideas).

I love authors who have the greatest ideas and storylines that just keep me hooked...I have been drawn into other areas of reading: Harry Potter, POTC, BtVs/AtVs, Crossovers, Original, and others recommended or catch my interest at the time...I also have my favorite pairings (yes, I may lean more towards slash but I do love a good Het story as long as it keeps my interest and is well written--it's the same for slash pairings as well)

I will not hate you should you Flame me nor will I hate you for giving me a piece of your thoughts...Actually I encourage such things, makes me feel all proud when I get something right the next time:)...and I do strongly encourage reviews, or simply comments or questions or even things you might like to see:) (this feeds my lovely muse lol).

HP Challenge1: Okay...this is a challenge if anyone wishes to try...There's alot of stories out there where Harry goes independent or takes off to train or gets an offer to go to another school to learn new magic...but most of them have his 'family' and friends, as well as the Order or Ministry, finding out and demanding his return as well as Harry to give up every detail of his time or what he has learned...And surprise, surprise, he usually gives in or finds a way for them to figure it out themselves (or dropping hints so Hermione or some other smart person finds the clues for research) especially after they pretend to give into him by offering space and time for him to tell them...There's also times when they tell him (after he's explained wanting time alone) he should confess to them or needs company...For once I want to see a story where he doesn't give in or gives up...I want to see Harry do whatever it takes to keep his secrets just that, secrets or making sure no one finds out if he's not allowed to tell...I want to see Harry remain independent of his choices no matter what everyone tries to say that it's for his own good...That's what I want to see, anything else is up to the author

HP Challenge2: Here's a second challenge...So far, I've only read one story that had something similar...I would like to see another just as good...Harry is taken, runs away, or somehow vanishes from his parents and/or guardians/relatives (doesn't matter who...up to author) and ends up either with a new family, set of guardians (in some cases...a crossover where he joins up with a band and/or gang) but either way becomes someone entirely to forget his past or who he wants was...And when he's found or supposedly comes to Hogwarts for some reason or another, I've seen everyone determined to prove he once was Harry Potter or instinctively believes he's their son (as in Lily's motherly instincts saying the new student/visitor is her son despite the appearances and new name or supposed family)...I want to see Harry actually becoming that new persona he chose or accepting it...I want to see his parents/guardians/faculty/friends trying to prove who he is by blood, potion, spell, or any other means but coming up negative...That's what I want to see...what happens next or how it ends up or if the truth comes is up to the author

9/22/14--hello all again...I know it's been a few months but i have not abandoned anything. RL is still giving me little time to do what I wish...beyond work, I am in the process of buying a bigger home...my first home so I'm a little excited and stressed...my cousin and his girl moved in as I lost not only one but two roommates in the past few months. But now they are expecting so we need a bigger place then a tiny trailer. So I've spending weekends with them researching and checking out available places. It will be some time before I can post anything...I do promise once I finish the buying process and the moving in (which we hope is so as we have a couple places in mind, one of which we are working on now) that I can finish what I have been promising. So again, please bear with me and I will have current book story posted and finished as well as the others I'm working on

4/5/2014--hello to any who see this...I have not forgotten about my stories...as of now I am still working on them...my sequel to gift I have promised is almost done...currently I am stuck on punishments for various people, if any have ideas please send me any...the next part to perspectives is slow going as I know what I want but trying to keep it along the lines of book 5 as it will be possible that I will combine books 6 & 7 if 5 ends the way I wish...then there's a third story I'm working on that's also slow going as I am currently researching a few topics for that idea...now, book 4's last few chapters are done just not posted...I don't have my laptop atm as my 2nd one is no longer working (in the process of getting another) and using my iPad is a little too much for a quick typer like me lol...but never fear I will get those posted...otherwise it's RL that has me pinned...I lost one of my roommates so things are a bit hard between me and another roomie (we went from 2 ppl to 3 then back to 2) so the balance of rent and bills are being juggled till we can get things running smoothly...so pls bear with me and hopefully soon I'll have things done and ready for posting.

Readers:

Okay, I've had a couple people complain about not knowing what to expect from my stories just by the summaries...I've added the main pairings from each story (ones that do have pairings to them) to the summary part but I do wish readers would read the Headers first...each header I've given a story plainly states what pairings found in each story as as well as in the warning section allows readers to know what type of pairings are expected

I thought I'd let others realize this as well...In case anyone notices...I will only (AND ONLY) work on one story at a time...Yes, I write more than one at a time but never post or update any more than one...My updates will usually fall once a week...The only time I will update twice or more in a week is if for any reason I lose my internet connection, know I will lose that connection, RL becomes too busy to do it otherwise, or I know I won't be online to update regularly...I've got a pet peeve of having too many stories started and never being finished (although many authors do try to complete them), some stories are too good to not be finished: (Therefore, you will only find a list of completed stories with only one being worked on until it is finished (and I will finish no matter how long it might take me)
