Molly's ex-fiancé Tom Abbot is tying the knot to the beautiful woman Polly Pedretti. She doesn't have a problem with this, but everyone assumes she's not over Tom. To prove she is, she tells about her boyfriend Ian, who unfortunately doesn't exist, but wanting to keep up the deception she hires an 'escort' to accompany her to the wedding in Rome. Only it doesn't go as planned.

After being shot and put on 'desk work' by Molly Hooper, Sherlock Holmes is getting desperate to find a mystery to solve. Even if that case is why is the Pathologist is suddenly wearing high heels to work in. **rating upgraded to M**

Post His Last Vow. Moriarty is back and he never makes the same mistake twice. Molly Hooper is in definite danger. Sherlock takes it upon himself to keep his pathologist safe.

Admiration is always charming. When a strange, dangerous admirer goes beyond charm, Sherlock's private world is interrupted. And so is Molly's.

Amnesia is always romanticized in Hollywood, but there's nothing romantic about losing your memory after a traumatic brain injury. Sherlock Holmes can't remember much from the last decade, but he's willing to spend the rest of his life committing the people he once knew into his memory.

Set after series three. With John and Mary preoccupied with the pregnancy, Molly steps in to help Sherlock figure out what's going on with Moriarty but she can't help but let her feelings get in the way, feelings that might even be returned.

When Molly moves back to London she finds the most beautiful flat up for rent. Too bad the previous occupant isn't ready to leave it yet. -AU-

When Molly agreed to accompany Sherlock on a case in Las Vegas, she had no idea what she was getting herself into. A Sherlolly take on the "Married in Vegas" trope.

Molly is leaving London for an extended holiday. Unhappy that his pathologist is leaving him high-and-dry, Sherlock tries to bring her back by any means necessary. Unfortunately for him, Molly seems to have developed the ability to tell him 'no'.

It had always served as the perfect analogy for her situation and had she been more poetically inclined, she would have been amused by how well it described everything. She could never make space in that room for anything other than him, anymore than she could make space in her heart for anyone else but him.

In retaliation to a comment made by her fiancé Sherlock Holmes, Molly Hooper puts forth a challenge to the consulting detective in question: neither of them can touch the other for an entire week. The first one to press flesh to flesh loses. It soon escalates.

An heiress, a case, and a reunion with Molly Hooper. Sherlock Holmes is supposed to be lying low. He is dead, after all. But the City That Never Sleeps has other plans.

Her home had been his safe harbor and they had never spoken of what transpired in the little three-room flat. They were moments between her longing and his longing, reminding them constantly that forces of attraction are not easily fought. S3 fillers and post-HLV

Moriarty is back, and Molly may be in serious danger as he decides to include her in his game with the consulting detective. But when pasts are exploited and unforeseen players are brought to light, Sherlock and Molly will have to confront their demons, all the while holding fast to what matters most to them in the end. Rating might change later on.

St Bart's costume party extravaganza proved to be a bigger event than Molly Hooper anticipated, though she remembers very little the day after. It's her mysterious lover's marital status that bothers her the most, and soon Molly finds herself having to solve his identity. Surprisingly enough there's more than one suspect.

His scowl settled into a triumphant smile. "Despite all of my moral failings, my abuse, at one time you would do anything for me, sacrifice anything. For love," Sherlock scoffed. Molly shot back. "Love? No. An attraction, a crush, infatuation … lust – but never love. I never loathed myself enough to ever think I was in love with you."

After S3. Lestrade wants to celebrate Sherlock's quick return from exile by taking him & others to a pub. Sherlock is less than thrilled. Things get interesting when Lestrade convinces Anderson to relate his original theory about how the detective faked his death years before. Yet, even as he stands with all of this heaviness just outside her cozy flat, shaking snowflakes from his hair, she smiles so sweetly and takes hold of his hand, pulling him into the warmth.

Sherlock doesn't like flying. Molly tries to fix that. In the same verse as 'The Elevator Game'.

As the DJ's music grew louder, Molly's head dipped lower with the epiphany that she's yet to enjoy a typical Friday night all because of a man who isn't even there. She is surrounded by dozens of single and available men with very normal lives and yet the one who has managed to wield her attention is back at his flat a few miles away, possibly not even thinking about her.

"He sees it in the wistful glances at small children on the street, and in the way she deviates from her usual trek throughout the hospital in favor of routes that pass the maternity ward."

When an interview with an anonymous female claims that Sherlock Holmes is an amazing lover - Molly Hooper instantly knows it is fake. She is then shocked to find Sherlock present her with a list he wants to complete with her assistance.

Life is full of choices, some easier to make than others. What if Molly followed after Sherlock when he left John and Mary's wedding early? Could one simple decision really have such a big effect on her life? Little did she know, in that moment her future would intertwine with his in the most unexpected way.

"Have I ever told you that you are my favourite pathologist?" Sherlock is behaving strange. Doing drugs for the Magnussen case may have caused him to relapse. And Molly realizes that trying to help a Sherlock who is going through withdrawal is anything but easy. - T because for mentioning of drugs.

Post HLV Sherlolly. Moriarty is back, but it isn't Sherlock he's after this time; it's Molly.

Molly and Sherlock go undercover as a married couple, to bring down Set Carter, a leading drugs lord with a secret society that could be the key to his downfall. The pair, along with John and Mary, are tested physically, morally and emotionally. Will they all realise what it means to be the people they are with the careers they have? Will romance blossom?

She reads it through a couple of times, just to make certain that she's not grasping at straws, that she's not seeing coded messages where there is, in reality, a painfully lonely person sitting in a dingy room desperate for someone to love them.

There could only be one reason Molly wasn't letting her in, "Wait, is someone else there?" she asked.

'The path has never seemed so slow, and yet I fear I am nearing its end.' She asked him once again for a cup of coffee.

Inspired by "Stay With Me" by Sam Smith. Takes place after TSOT. Sherlock has been using Molly's flat as a bolt hole. Everything would be fine if she wasn't still in love with him and engaged to someone else.

SPOILERS FOR HIS LAST VOW: Now that her engagement is over, Sherlock wishes to indulge in his long-held desire to pursue Molly Hooper. But recent developments- such as his revived drug habit and gunshot wound- makes the process difficult.

John and Sherlock indulge in some whiskey, do some soul-searching and reflect on love and heartbreak during one long, illuminating evening at 221B.

When Sherlock insults Molly and she's finally had enough of him, he has to figure out a way to win her back.When he goes to her flat, however, he is interrupted by a call from Lestrade, wanting him to come work on a case that really hits home for Sherlock, and he has to balance his feelings for Molly while trying to solve it. When Molly gets involved, things get interesting.

He had plenty of places to go on an emergency situation and today, he needed to visit one of them. A particular one. He always noticed the fact that this place made him feel… at home. But that fact scared him. Because then he would want to come everyday. (M for a reason)

He is haunted by what he is done. It has become difficult for him to see what is left of him...or if there is truly anything left of him. The person he had been before all of this was broken and what was left...needed to be mended. Dark!Sherlock Sherlolly

Set after S3 . Molly is hurt by the fact that Sherlock didn't bother to say goodbye properly to her before leaving, assuming he'd never see them again. She's ready to change their dynamic and make sure he can't mistreat her anymore. But Sherlock ends up feeling guilty, and offers to do something unusual to make up for the hurt he caused. The year is 1963; a new Professor proves to be a furious distraction to all, students and professors alike. One exception being Miss Hooper who intends not to be dreamy about Professor Holmes. Unfortunately enough one cannot always escape ones faith.

In a bid repair his image and win back public confidence following the Magnussen mess, Sherlock is forced by Mycroft to give an interview to a popular weekend magazine. As the interviewer gets progressively more personal in a bid to know "the man beneath the hat", Sherlock tries harder to downplay his true thoughts and feelings – to the detriment of certain personal relationships.

Molly does something very unexpected at 221B, which sends Sherlock off on one of the greatest mysteries he's ever had to solve - his own sexuality.

Molly Hooper has a secret admirer that has been sending her elaborate gifts in the days leading up to Valentine's day. But spoiler alert - it's not Sherlock. And Sherlock is very bothered by this. Molly moves into 221B Baker Street after breaking up with Tom. Tom becomes very VERY angry. Set after The Sign of Three, slightly AU. Rated -M- for later chapters.

Molly has some bad news. John and Mary will be there for her, but what about Sherlock?

"I should slap you again for putting your friends through this again." - For putting me through this, is what he hears ultimately in his blurry state as he slips his gaze over to her. She looks torn but he knows it's within good reason. He's at her mercy again, and he can only hope she doesn't decide to let him rot when he finds her more comforting than the morphine.

There must have been a decisive moment, but it had come and gone too quickly for him to process and, as such, he was on his feet with his lips pressed against Molly Hooper's before his brain had even managed to realize he'd been gripped with the compulsion to kiss her in the first place.

But from that day on he constantly struggles with his feelings, and she has never quite gotten over the promise of their chemistry on that first day.

Sherlock has to go undercover in order to finish the last thing needed to break Moriarty's network. In order to blend in he needs Molly's help. Not wishing to embarrass herself again Molly ask John for helping dressing for the occasion. Will it impress Sherlock?

One day Sherlock Holmes would be the death of her. And Molly loved him for it. He wasn't the only one that got bored.

On January 13th, 2014, Sherlock Holmes returns from the dead. 19 months of constant hunting of criminals, following unreliable and often completely incorrect leads, has taken its toll on him. He returns to London a different man, one that is almost unrecognisable to those who had known him.

On June 15th, Sherlock Holmes falls to his death from the roof of St. Bartholomew's Hospital. The next day, he wakes up in Molly Hooper's flat, entangled in the sheets on her bed, along with the pathologist herself. A week after that, he kisses her goodbye and leaves London. He doesn't see her again for almost two years.

A world where Sherlock brings her breakfast in bed would not be right at all. It would be very very wrong, and somewhat terrifying. [Follow up to Cake]

In a moment, Molly is alone with an empty body bag, and once more she longs for the days when she shared her lab with a sociopath. [Follow up to Wontons]

Their New Year's Eve dinner was sorted. If by sorted, you mean the menu for Canton House was waiting dutifully by the telephone.
