There is somebody who's constantly on my mind. And most days, I wish that I could lie down next to her just to hear her breathing. I have this delusion that maybe, I can make it through this life time with no other goal but to make her smile. And maybe, she'd accept and allow me to love her and secure her. But see, that's a delusion. Perhaps, this particular hopeless dream will one day go away. One day, I think, I will find another person who will not make me feel like a ghost, unseen and unknown. As the old cliché goes, people are meant to move on. 'Learn from experience.' All that mumbo jumbo heartbreak until you eventually find the person you're meant to love forever. But, as a young fool, I'm inclined to ask, what if it doesn't fizzle out? What if you stay in love with your first love?

Indeed.

This is starting to give me a headache. But before I bore you for much longer, maybe I should tell you what I'm doing here. You see, this is my happy place. It's my secret location, something I hold closely to my heart. In a way, writing takes me home. This is where I can conjure stories and weave them into a world where anything is possible. And behind every letter, every word, is an emotion tucked with care that I can only wish for you to hold as dearly as I do. I hope you join me as I write my way to a world where butterflies never die.
