Characters Reading stories are being deleted. you have been warned-mine might be next

well, I'm redoing this again. My name's Amanda, but you can call me shine, Mandi, Manda, Amanda-flower, or whatever you come up with. I grew up in a family that encouraged creativity, and I have been writing and reading pretty much my entire life. I'm a teen, living in the USA. I love chatting to people, and will read practically anything. Some things that DO annoy me are:

1. OOC characters, unless the plot is something like "what if so-and-so was like this"

2. bad grammar\capitalization\punctuation. its not that hard to use spell check, and you learn the different types of 'their' in, like, second grade.

3. Mary Sues. I'm fine with Ocs or self-inserts, but make the characters have flaws. No one wants to read a fic about some girl named butterfly prettyful.

4. I don't really have a 4...

Now, things I do like, as far as ships go:

1. non-canon ships. I really like Kato\Catoniss stories, and Harmony stuff. I don't really read slash, or lemon-y fics.

2. AU ficverses, they usually have pretty epic plotlines. Reading about how great Katniss and Peeta's life was after the Rebellion gets boring after a while.

3. Parody-ish fics. I love to read short funny one-shots, and they're usually what motivates me to write.

4. Character Reading fics, even though most of them are getting taken down.

Mt little bro: hey look, a rabbit! My dad: no Josh, that's a cat, but there's a rooster!

me: Hey dad, i'm going to go hack into the pentagon's secret files and take over the world. my dad: have fun.

my bro: hey Amanda, i'm cleaning! me: i'm preforming surgery on my foot!

Tyler: its rainbow colored, who buys rainbow colored drugs? me: you.

Tyler: the perfect murder- you freeze a leg of lamb, them beat the person to death with it, and EAT the meat!

Tyler(again): And where are you going to hide the body? your PE locker?

Mackenzie: you're going to die alone. Isabelle: no, she'll have her 27 cats.
