![]() Author has written 3 stories for Ninja Turtles. Welcome to my story page. I'm glad you could stop by. I really love writing and this is where I put all the stories I write that I *know* will never get published professionally. A little about me though. My nickname "Birdie" is what my Papa started calling me as a baby. Since then, only a select few members in my family can call me that. I like seafood, Chinese and Japanese cuisine and a good glass of wine. I enjoy foreign films, romantic comedies, dramas and documentaries. My favorite subjects are history and, of course, creative writing. My least favorite subject is math, but only because I really am no good at it (seriously, I've tried). I started reading at around the age of 4. I adored what books did for me; taking me out of my boring, lonely life and leading me to worlds where I had friends, purpose and stimulation. I wrote my first short story at around 11 years old and it went into the school newsletter. My first fan fiction, written back before the term existed, was also for Ninja Turtles. I intend to write more than just Ninja Turtles, I've got other fandoms I wander around in, like Once Upon A Time, Quantum Leap, Doctor Who. I also have a few co-written stories with another author, Rosefire. She's not terribly active anymore since she has her own career, but she still gives great ideas. She's also the "bitchy" thinker; I'm more altruistic, so we make great, hopefully consistent, stories together. Check her out here: As life develops, I'll post here. But for now, that's all I want to say about me. Now, I direct my thoughts to you, reader, because you are the one who encourages me and gives me support. I adore writing and I write because I love the story I want to tell. It's through these stories that we create connections with other people, even if we never meet. So, I feel that if you are gracious enough to take time from your life to read my stories, I should be willing and able to give you my very best. I will never post a story or chapter to a story that isn't the result of me giving 1000% of my skills and imagination and I want to hear from you to make the story we both come to love even better.
