Like others, I was very much saddened that Merlin came to an end. I have therefore written this story, an alternative ending of what happens after the Battle of Camlann with Arthur surviving as king, Merlin living by his side as a known sorcerer, the mysteries of Aithusa explained and how the Land of Albion unites. Hope you enjoy!

Merlin can't save Arthur on his own; only magic as ancient as the dragons themselves can save him. But when Arthur survives, destiny shifts and realigns, and not everyone is pleased with the change. Merlin and Arthur face an uncertain future and the twists and turns of destiny. Spoilers for 5x13, but goes AU from the finale onward.

This is a story in which Arthur is finally reawakened after his death after the Battle of Camlann. Merlin is there to help his friend adjust and as they delve into the mystery that has awakened Arthur, their other friends also return from the dead.

Arthur died thousands of years ago and Merlin is still wandering round the Lake of Avalon but what happens when 3 of our favourite bad guys return and Albion is in trouble. Rated K cause there is nothing that bad. SPOILER ALERT! Spoilers to 5x13. No slash!

It's present day and Merlin is still patiently waiting for Arthur's supposed return. When he turns up rather unexpectedly one day, with no apparent memory of his former life, Merlin struggles to figure out why. A work in progress. :)
