You may be wondering exactly why I call myself Captain. Well, some of my friends decided to give ourselves military ranks using the Army system. The rank I was given is Captain. There are only a few of us, meaning that I am second in command to the General (the highest attainable rank). Ah well.

As it turns out, I seem to be a pirate. I have sailed all my life, am taking fencing classes, and own a boat. That, combined with my rank, makes me a pirate, or so we've decided. Works out nicely, I think.

I greatly enjoy writing, however I do not write as much as I would like to. This is due to my (common) lack of inspiration and/or energy. I apologize for this.

Also know that even though I read fics from several fandoms, the one I read most consistently is Transformers, so expect most of my favorites to be from that.

The chances of romance being on here, whether it be things I've written or favorited, are extremely slim. This goes even more so for slash, which holds no appeal for me. I will make it clear that I am a strong supporter of LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual) rights and equality, however I feel uncomfortable with heterosexual characters being portrayed as homosexual. Further more, I am strongly against fics depicting incest, which the rest of the Internet seems oddly okay with.

You are unlikely to see very much humor here, either in my writing of favorites. As for my writing, this is simply because I am quite terrible at writing good jokes. As for my favorites, this is because the vast majority of humor I have seen is simply not funny to me. I like a good laugh like anyone else, but I prefer witty sarcasm and clever, original jokes. I know this sounds rude, but I don't know how else to word it and am sorry if I offend.
