Hi, I joined this site to have my writing skills critiqued. I am a die-hard Mass Effect fan so that will be the majority of my short stories. My first book is in to process of being published. I also like to read other people's work to learn different techniques. When I write, I put a lot of action in my story telling because I get bored very easily.

For those that don't know what Mass Effect is, it's a role-playing game for Xbox 360, developed by Bioware in 2007. You play as Commander Shepard; being either female or male. You go through out the game chasing a rogue special agent only to find out that the real threat is ancient sapient machines called Reapers who plan to wipe out all civilizations that have reached their evolutionary peak.

Through out your journey, you meet several different species of aliens; some of which become members of your squad. You can develope closely knit bonds with your teammates if you want, but overall premise of the game is that it solely based on the decisions that you make.
