jacqui. (13)

I love music, but mostly:

Switchfoot, Relient K, Family Force 5, David Crowder Band, Paramore, dc Talk, Jon Foreman (4 solo eps soon...), the REAL SeanJon (teehee), ETC. (a band... for real... literally!), Jonas Brothers, etc. etc.

My favorite quotes are:

Any quotes by Jon Foreman. Seriously, he is a quote genius. He needs to write a full-fledged book on philosophy or something.

"She was elusive. She was today. She was tomorrow. She was the faintest scent of a cactus flower, the flitting shadow of an elf owl. We did not know what to make of her. In our minds we tried to pin her to corkboard like a butterfly, but the pin merely went through and away she flew." ~ Stargirl, by Jerry Spinelli

"You don't know me at all. You don't know the first thing about me. You don't know where I'm writing this from. You don't know what I look like. You have no power over me.What do you think I look like? Skinny? Freckles? Wire-rimmed glasses over brown eyes? No. I don't think so. Better look again. Depper. It's like a kaleidoscope, isn't it? One minute I'm short, the next minute tall, one minute I'm geeky, one minute studly, my shape constantly changes, and the only thing that stays constant is my brown eyes. Watching you. That's right, I'm watching you right now." ~ You Don't Know Me, by David Klass

Things I love:

Jesus, family, music, friends, computer, HTML, scripting, being nerdy, the nerd laugh, the super nerd official running stance, TV, keyboards, white suits, shiny things, chapsticks, chapped lips, and things like chemistry.

Things I loathe: Meg Griffin, thoughtless zombies, close-minded free-thinking hipsters, and people who think life is just another thing that's around.

My favorite TV shows are (in no particular order):

Ned's Declassified, w00t! Fresh Prince and Hannah Montana (teehee), too. And pretty much anything that's on when I have nothing else to do. Heh.

My favorite genres in books are:

Mystery, thrillers, and philisophical, with a touch of socratic dialogue.
