Stories I have not seen, but would like to:

(so these are ideas of stories that I think would be cool. If you've read/written/are planning on writing one please Pm me.)

Harry Potter (this is all I've got right now)

Lily and The Marauders go into the future-but so far they meet Harry/Ginny and Ron/Hermiones kids. They learn that all of them are dead and meet people they knew as kids, that are now grandparents. (found one like this, but they abandoned it on '08)

Something I did not know: Harry Potter and The Sorcerers stone is not only called Harry Potter and The Philosophers stone (I knew that) in Britain, but the book is different. I found this out when reading one of those "book characters read books" fanfics.

I hadn't heard a bout his until I looked at James Potter on Wikipedia. It's a short story about James Potter and Sirus Black that was actually written by J.K. Rowling.

Magical Ponies, Magical Ponies.

And Thank You Kronikles for telling me what AU meant. Kronikles wrote Я люблю тебя, and since I'm obsessed with the avengers right now I really liked it. And had to translate it from french. (Yay, google translate!)

You know what I love? I love when characters in books and movies hate each other and then end up getting together in the end of the book/movies. Like in Harry Potter and it go's like this

Ron: She's (Hermione) a nightmare, no wonder she hasan't gotten any friends

(She rushes by)

Harry: I think she heard you

(just so you know viria13's (also know as person who's never going to see this and see that I'm thanking her) picture she's a nightmare reminded me of this )

Our own armies must be gathered and our battle host raised. In this, our greatest help will come from King Pryderi of the West Domains. No lord in Prydain commands a mightier army. His allegiance to the house of Don is firm, and between us are strong bonds of friendship. I will send word to Pryderi, and pray him to join his host with ours at Caer Dathyl.

92 percent of teens would die if Abercrombie and Fitch told them it was uncool to breathe. Copy this in your profile if you would be one of the 8 percent that would be laughing your butts off.

Ok, this is really weird, but one of my favorite twisted lyrics is "We're up all night to get Loki" (Based on GET LUCKY by DAFT PUNK.) (Really Weird: Just as I thought this that song came in the radio.)

Quotes

My own personal quote "Live, Love, But, most importantly: read"

“Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read.”

Groucho Marx

“Never trust anyone who has not brought a book with them.”
Lemony Snicket

“You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.”
C.S. Lewis

“Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint.”
Mark Twain

“Classic' - a book which people praise and don't read.”
Mark Twain

“A children's story that can only be enjoyed by children is not a good children's story in the slightest.”
C.S. Lewis

“When I have a little money, I buy books; and if I have any left, I buy food and clothes.”

Desiderius Erasmus Roterodamus

“There are worse crimes than burning books. One of them is not reading them.”
Joseph Brodsky

“In the case of good books, the point is not to see how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you.”
Mortimer J. Adler

“Think before you speak. Read before you think.”
Fran Lebowitz

“Make it a rule never to give a child a book you would not read yourself.”
George Bernard Shaw

“No book is really worth reading at the age of ten which is not equally – and often far more – worth reading at the age of fifty and beyond.”
C.S. Lewis

“Books say: She did this because. Life says: She did this. Books are where things are explained to you; life is where things aren't. I'm not surprised some people prefer books.”
Julian Barnes

“Books are like mirrors: if a fool looks in, you cannot expect a genius to look out.”
J.K. Rowling

“Isn't it odd how much fatter a book gets when you've read it several times?" Mo had said..."As if something were left between the pages every time you read it. Feelings, thoughts, sounds, smells...and then, when you look at the book again many years later, you find yourself there, too, a slightly younger self, slightly different, as if the book had preserved you like a pressed flower...both strange and familiar.”
Cornelia Funke

“My Best Friend is a person who will give me a book I have not read.”
Abraham Lincoln

“but for my own part, if a book is well written, I always find it too short.”
Jane Austen

“Everything in the world exists in order to end up as a book.”
Stéphane Mallarmé

“We don’t need a list of rights and wrongs, tables of dos and don’ts: we need books, time, and silence. Thou shalt not is soon forgotten, but Once upon a time lasts forever.”
Philip Pullman

“Book collecting is an obsession, an occupation, a disease, an addiction, a fascination, an absurdity, a fate. It is not a hobby. Those who do it must do it. Those who do not do it, think of it as a cousin of stamp collecting, a sister of the trophy cabinet, bastard of a sound bank account and a weak mind.”
Jeanette Winterson

“We are of opinion that instead of letting books grow moldy behind an iron grating, far from the vulgar gaze, it is better to let them wear out by being read.”
Jules Verne

I love books, by the way, way more than movies. Movies tell you what to think. A good book lets you choose a few thoughts for yourself. Movies show you the pink house. A good book tells you there's a pink house and lets you paint some of the finishing touches, maybe choose the roof style, park your own car out front. My imagination has always topped anything a movie could come up with. Case in point, those darned Harry Potter movies. That was so not what that part-Veela-chick, Fleur Delacour, looked like.”
Karen Marie Moning

“Be awesome! Be a book nut!”
Dr. Seuss

“Literature is a luxury; fiction is a necessity.”
G.K. Chesterton

“Don't ever apologize to an author for buying something in paperback, or taking it out from a library (that's what they're there for. Use your library). Don't apologize to this author for buying books second hand, or getting them from bookcrossing or borrowing a friend's copy. What's important to me is that people read the books and enjoy them, and that, at some point in there, the book was bought by someone. And that people who like things, tell other people. The most important thing is that people read... ”
Neil Gaiman

“I cannot remember the books I've read any more than the meals I have eaten; even so, they have made me.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

“For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet or excite you. Books help us understand who we are and how we are to behave. They show us what community and friendship mean; they show us how to live and die.”
Anne Lamott

“It's not that I don't like people. It's just that when I'm in the company of others - even my nearest and dearest - there always comes a moment when I'd rather be reading a book.”(Ah, this is a good one)
Maureen Corrigan

“Sleep is good, he said, And books are better.”
George R.R. Martin

“Reader's Bill of Rights

1. The right to not read
2. The right to skip pages
3. The right to not finish
4. The right to reread
5. The right to read anything
6. The right to escapism
7. The right to read anywhere
8. The right to browse
9. The right to read out loud
10. The right to not defend your tastes”

Daniel Pennac

“Books make great gifts because they have whole worlds inside of them... And it's much cheaper to buy somebody a book than it is to buy them the whole world!”
Neil Gaiman

“I would be most content if my children grew up to be the kind of people who think decorating consists mostly of building enough bookshelves.”
Anna Quindlen
