T & J Property Management is owned and managed by Tony Westlake who is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and has been investing in and managing his own rental properties since 1996 in the Oklahoma City/Metro area. Tony has been managing properties for other investors since the inception of T & J Property Management in 2005 when other real estate agents were looking for someone to send their clients to with Tony's qualities and experience. Tony is known for his frankness, honesty, and reliability. He believes in 'getting the job done' so your tenant can continue to be comfortable in their home, or your property can be in rent-ready condition and available for a new tenant as quickly as possible. He has a staff of three Property Managers, an Office/Accounts Manager and an Office assistant, and several Maintenance Personnel that have the skills of handling most repairs from their many years of experience. The Maintenance staff is efficient, effective and economical. Katrina Porter is a Multi-Family and Single Family Property Manager with extensive backround in property management in the Oklahoma City area. She shows and leases vacant units, collects monthly rents, and coordinates maintenance requests. She has been a highly regarded member of our team since April, 2010. Judy Ott has been a respected member of our team since November, 2010, and is a Property Manager for some of our Multi-Family properties. She has been in property management for several years and does the showing and leasing of vacant units, coordinates maintenance, and collects monthly rents. Jennifer Gregg is our property manager for many single family homes and some multi-family properties. She has extensive backround in managing properties. She shows and leases vacant units, collects rents, and coordinates maintenance. Jennifer has been with us since April, 2011, and is a valued member of our team. Diane Henderson is our Office and Accounts Manager and has been with T & J Property Management since July, 2006. Diane originally hired T & J Property Management in 2005, to manage her rental properties in the Oklahoma City area while she lived out-of-state. When she moved to Oklahoma, she immediately went to work for us and continues to be an esteemed member of our team. Diane has been in rental property management since 1999. Lisa Bomba is the newest member of our team and is our Office Assistant. Her duties include online advertising and assisting wherever else needed.
