Sam Emerson moves back to Santa Carla for a new job with his daughter Reina but is keeping a huge secret about his childhood experience. Whilst exploring the Boardwalk, Reina bumps into four strange bikers and ends up falling for a certain blonde.

Santa Carla was really racking up the list of missing persons. Despite having her own matters to deal with, Wendy was a little worried. And when she began to notice the strange group of boys with hypnotizing gazes prowling the boardwalk, she couldn't help but sense something was off.
