Hi guys!

My name is Danielle, and I live in Australia. :)

Now, for your convenience, I have categorised several topics of interest under bold headings. You know, in case you wanna know if we have something in common.

MUSIC: I'm generally into metal, but my close friends catergorize me into the 'Emo/Screamo' genre. My fav bands include System Of A Down (love these guy's 'cos they have both random and serious songs), Korn, Metallica, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed, The Offspring, Nirvana, Oasis, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Greenday, Rise Against, The Butterfly Effect... Yeah... as you can see, I'm kinda into the '90's stuff, you can blame that on my older brothers. But I also like Foster The People, Empire of the Sun, Hilltop Hoods and a few others. The list could go on and on...

Although, iTunes of late has been telling me that my music genre has turned more "alternative." I mean, come on. "Alternative" is the name you give to a genre of music that can't be categorised under something else! Bah.

BOOKS: I'm fairly into the supernatural/humour/romance/action stuff. For example the Darkest Powers series, Gallagher Girls books, The Immortal Series, Harry Potter, Strange Angel Novels, Vampire Academy and a crap load of others.

ANIME/MANGA: Sort of the same themes as I read in books, supernatural/action blah blah blah. My fav series would have to be Full Metal Alchemist, 'cause the characters and story plot rule big time. Fruits Basket is pretty good too, some of those characters are just so funny. Cough cough Shigure, Ayame, Ritsu Cough cough. The manga I'm readin' at the moment is Code Breaker. My friend started me on this one (thanks alot BIRDZILLA.)

GAMING: The people who know me well know I am a Nintendo freak. Legend Of Zelda, Mario, Pokemon, THE LOT. Let's just say, if it come's down to a battle between Playstation and Nintendo, I am severely bias towards the latter of the two. Luckily a couple of my friends know what I'm on about. So for the days when I just start rattling off about Ganondorf's evil laugh and his sound effects when you impale him with a light arrow, let's just say that everyone who sits at my table at lunch looks at me funny... Except for my other Nintendo buddies. Dark Link is cartoon hot, by the way. Jussayin. :) As of 2012, I am now currently obsessing over Diablo 3, and kickin' ass as a Wizard (female one of course).

MY AMAZING TALENTS WHICH AREN'T REALLY AMAZING AT ALL: Well, other than the fact that I think I'm okay with writing, I have been told that I have the gift of making people laugh. But I think it's just 'cause I act so stupid and say the most random things at the most random times, that people can't help themselves. (Note: When I say 'random' I mean yelling out the word "Pineapple" when people are in the middle of a fiery argument or debate. And as you can guess, shortly after I have spoken, the debate stops and is instead replaced with confusion and laughter). I try to bring some of this humour out in my writing.

Right then, that's enough about the random and usless facts of my life.
