I really should say something about myself, but I hate talking about myself, so I'll just say I am male and leave the personal info at that and I'll talk about the process of writing the fanfics instead.

Usually I don't write fanfiction, so for me to write one, I have to have a really good idea that I can't get out of my head. So far, there are only two that fit the criteria, one is "Secret History," which is already being posted, and the other, well, you'll find out if and when I decide to publish it here. The other one is harder for me to write, because with "Secret History," I'm relying on scenes from the show and I'm only expanding on what's already there but with the other one, very few things are the same, and I have to come up with pretty much everything in terms of plot, and there are some problems that I have to solve as a result of how I decided to approach it. Anyway, that's for the future, and I do hope to be able to write that story. (Actually, I just took a look at it again, and I'm actually in the middle of the third chapter for that story. But like I said in my notes at the beginning of chapter 1 or 2 of "Secret History," I'd like to get into the story fairly well before publishing just to make sure I know where it's going and that I can finish it so I'm not wasting your time. And the second story is pretty long, and it'll take longer before I can be sure that I know where it's going.) More on the second story if and when I publish it.

I wrote "Secret History" because I liked the dynamic between Tori and Jade on the show, and there are so many little moments, hints that they could be attracted to each other in the show itself that it's not at all a stretch for me to imagine that they might fall in love, which is why I decided to do this as a secret history. And I particularly like Jade, because she's the most well-developed character on the show. Everyone else is pretty two-dimensional, e.g. Cat is innocent and childishly naïve, Andre is talented, Beck is cool, and even Tori is just nice, there's not a lot in terms of depth of personality, but Jade is different, she's much more complicated than just "mean." The most obvious character development moment for Jade on the show was "Wok Star," where we see the problems she has in her relationship with her father, but there's other things too. I think we can see a little of Jade's insecurity in her jealousy, in both "Jade Dumps Beck" and "Wi-Fi in the Sky," and we can see how much she cares for Cat in "Car, Rain and Fire," and it's even more obvious in "Star-Spangled Tori," and the way I think about these moments definitely shows in the story. So this story is for Jade.

UPDATE:

I've started to post the second fanfic (mentioned above), and yes, it's a Twilight fanfiction. As I've predicted, this one is much harder to write, I had worked out a few chapters, but I've had to do some major editing on all the chapters that I've put out so far, editing I didn't have to do for the Victorious fanfic. As of today (Sep 30, 2013), I'm stuck on chapter 6, with a total of about 20 000 words. I haven't done any new writing for it in a while, but I don't see myself abandoning the story, it's just too stuck in my head, even though it's taking a backseat to some other stuff.

So, with The Olympic Wars, I wanted to do a story with the vamps as newcomers, and Bella the human as the native they fall in love with. That's not too original, I admit, but I also wanted to do it all in Alice's point of view, at least up to a point. I wanted to try writing a main character who can see the future. I wanted to see if I can tell a story with a protagonist who can potentially see every danger coming her way, and still make her believably fallible. I hope I can pull it off.
