Goodness, an actual visitor. Unless you're me. Anyway. Hi.

I live in New Zealand, and I'm coming up to the end of my third year at university. I used to do mechanical engineering, and now I do maths and philosophy instead, but... someone'll give me a job, right?

I also read a lot, spend too much time on the Internet, drink too much caffeine and quite possibly too much alcohol, and sell food to people in the days I don't have university to pay for said books and beverages. And blog about Game of Thrones and British people who appear on panel shows.

So far I've done/am doing two things, which are both about Final Fantasy X, and one is finished and I'm sort of trying to get going on the other one again because I went three or four months without touching it. Sorry.

1. On the Four Celestials, which is four poems about Yuna, Lulu, Tidus and Auron. Basically, I wanted to write a sonnet, I saw this one I tried to write ages ago, and it sort of reminded me of Yuna except really angsty, so I redid it. Then I wrote three more poems. I ran out of actual poetic forms to use halfway through, so.

2. The Marks of Death and Time, which is basically the FFX events from Auron's POV, albeit the FFX from the perspective of an Auron totally in denial about his real feelings for Jecht. Don't ask how I came up with that. Expect lots of choppy description and meditations on existence and long waits between updates.
